I used the body shop to repair damage to my 2024 Ford
I used the body shop to repair damage to my 2024 Ford Bronco. I was very pleased with the repair. I feel my car looks like new again. They even vacuumed the inside of my car.

We had a cracked head without warning on our 2018
We had a cracked head without warning on our 2018 Pacifica with 59,000 miles on it and Chrysler would not assist with the repair (~$7000 - $24,000) because it was technically just out of warranty effectively totaling the van. While this was incredibly difficult news to hear as it cost us thousands of dollars, it was made worse by a service center that was unresponsive and a mechanic who was sarcastic with us in the midst of a crisis (suddenly and unexpectedly not being able to transport all of our children in the same vehicle). We considered purchasing a new van at this dealer in this process and had done a test drive of one, but our experience with the service center was such a red flag that when we drove away in frustration, we stopped by a dealer across the street on a whim and had a great experience purchasing a van from them. They even had their service center come out to help provide us with options on how best to get as much value as possible from the totaled van. Beware that their diagnostic fee doesn't include reassembly, so if you don't decide to do the work, you'll be charged double for the diagnostics to put the car back together.
