They got me into the truck of my dreams!

I had recently purchased a new Honda in September of 2015, but I was looking for more. I wanted a pickup truck. I have several Chevy dealers closer to my home but instead chose to revisit Imperial. (I also visited a few years ago, but ended up purchasing my first Honda instead of a Chevy) While I didn't get a deal done the last go around I was impressed with the service I got at Imperial, so I chose to return. I asked to talk with Ed Connors because I had dealt with him my first go around at Imperial and I was impressed with his knowledge and overall personality. He made the car buying experience much easier, and much more comfortable. I told him what vehicle I was looking at and he pulled it up front within 10 minutes of me being at the dealership. I decided I wanted to go forward with this vehicle and filled out the necessary paper work. The wait to see the finance manager was a bit long, but if that's all there was to complain about then I take that as a good sign. In the end, I got into the truck of my dreams and drove off that night with a 2016 Silverado. I was most impressed with the staffs dedication to get me the right deal that I could afford. There was a little discussion about trade in value, but in the end I felt I had gotten exactly what my car was worth. The dealership closed at 6pm on that Saturday night, and the managers, Ed and the finance manager stayed til about 7:30 to get the deal done. I truly felt like they went the extra mile for me that night and that alone will ensure my loyalty to them the next time I am in the market for a new vehicle. I will certainly be back at Imperial for my next purchase. My advice to anyone heading to Imperial Chevrolet, ask for Ed. He will take care of you!

The most honest and trustworthy car dealer in Massachusetts

I have been purchasing cars and trucks for the past 38 years and haven't found a more honest and trustworthy dealer than Imperial Chevrolet. The sales team doesn't pressure you to buy what they want to sell you, show you what you are interested in buying. They are very knowledgeable about the products they represent work with you on payment options. The service department handles your vehicle as if it was their own. If a repair is needed, they fix it right the first time at a fair price. Routine maintenance is preformed quickly and with a smile. Jess is my favorite! She always works around my schedule and get my vehicle serviced quickly. She is awesome! Most of the staff knows me by name now, so i feel very comfortable when visiting them. Over the years, I have brought many of my friends and family to Imperial to look at cars, and all of them are now Imperial customers. Mike

Excellent Experience

"Excellent Experience" The entire process from pulling in the parking lot to driving my new car was a simply wonderful experience. Brian Rishe was a great Salesman and would recommend him to all my friends and family. Not pushy, very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He greeted me walked around and was not pushy or hovering around me. Omar was a pleasure to work with. Great sense of humor!

Excellent Dealership

We bought a new car there this weekend. After making the deal they realized that the made a mistake in the discounts. Instead of pushing us for more money, they took care of the entire error. They also stayed open 2 hours after the dealership closed to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car and the price. I would recommend that anyone looking for a Chevy forget the rest of the dealers and go here 1st.

Simple, Low Pressure Purchase

I had a great buying experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and there was no attempt to do the hard sell (which usually results in me not buying). Ed Connors was the sales person I worked with. He answered all my questions. Omar Ihjul was very helpful in stepping me through the finance process and options. Overall a very good experience at Imperial.

I purchased a car here a little over a week ago. My entire experience was fantastic. My salesman was Ahmed, he was very professional and he helped me get into my dream car at a price that I can afford. I was not pushed into anything and was treated very well here. Overall Great Experience!

My wife and I purchased a Jeep Cherokee today from Imperial and had a great car buying experience. We worked (for several hours) with our salesperson, Shawn Goulet, to find the right car. Shawn was very personable, honest, patient, and knowledgeable about the model we were looking to buy. His willingness to gather information, answer our many questions and ultimate patience to allow us to make an informed car buying decision certainly led to our purchase, as well as leaving the dealership with a smile. Shawn was excellent. We also encountered the General Manager Mike in the lot as we were trying to make a decision. He stopped, offered friendly advice, and went on his way. Again, no pressure tactics or other nonsense. Finally, the Business Manager William Granata was very friendly, helpful and moved quickly through the buying process. We would certainly return for our next purchase. Thank you Imperial.

Great service, relaxing atmosphere

We had a great experience in buying our Chevy equinox everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. when we picked the car up the employee Patrick sat with us in the car and went over every question we had even helped us in setting it up the way we wanted it. Thank you so much for your service.

Great people working there

I cannot say enough good things about imperial Chevy!! My salesman Mo Alomar was so nice and professional. I would recommend him to anybody I know. The Manager at this dealership was also phenomenal. Bruce D' Ambra you do an unbelievable job helping people get the car they need. Both of you guys went out of your way to get me the suv my family needed and I can't thank you enough!!
