Went in for service and dealer supplies zero coffee drinks or snacks for customers what a joke !!! Instead they say we will give you a voucher for a cup of coffee next store that you have to walk to and i am very limited to how far i can walk this place is a joke and they dont wash or vacuum cars?? What !!!

This was my first time buying from Imperial and honestly won't be my last. From the initial inquiry with the extremely upbeat Santos Cruzado to the knowledgable sales person Jazz Kelley, all the way to financing with Ahmad Al-Jallad, my experience was top notch. Jazz was extremely helpful and knew the vehicle I wound up purchasing, inside and out. Even the sales manager David took the time to check in during the process.
