This is best dealership my husband and I visited. From the get go Tim was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the whole process and our car. Previously to this, we had a couple of bad experiences and we were pretty bummed out until we stumbled upon Volkswagen Minuteman. Easy, relatively fast and smooth experience.
