Joe Pellegrini was very helpful and understanding working with me as I am hard of hearing. Answered every question and more. He explained things in easy terms for me to understand. I feel I can trust and count on him for anything. I do plan on doing more sales/leases with him in the future. I will be recommending him and Colonial Chevrolet to other family members (my dad has been working with only him for years) and friends. I can not thank you enough for making the process so easy/fast and organized.

I'm a first-time customer of the Colonial Auto Group. By mere chance I located a pre-owned BMW in the Colonial Auto Group inventory that I had been searching for. The GSM of the Acton Chevrolet store, John Woodland, arranged a test ride for me through one of his sales staff, Jim McLoughlin. The purchasing process was quick, amicable, and fair. Mike Giguere (Finance) took care of the last, but most important, phase of the deal. In summary, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Many thanks to all!

Again scheduled a service appointment, in this instance...

Again scheduled a service appointment, in this instance an oil change and tire rotation using a promotional coupon. This included an airbag recall that I asked about as well. Stephen in service department again scheduled, I dropped off night before and everything was completed before noon on day of appointment as expected, including airbag. Paid over phone and mentioned I would be dropping in within 30 minutes to pick-up and my Tahoe was already staged out front, ready to rock and roll to get to another appointment I had scheduled. Again, Awesome job and you all rocked it! Bob F.

I have always been satisfied with the service department at Colonial Chevrolet. The waiting room is clean, the people are pleasant and the work is service is well done. If they find problems other than what you originally were there for, they will let you know about it and give you an estimate for the repair cost.

Prompt entry into the bay. Service assistant promptly wrote up what was needed and sent me to waiting room. About an hour later he returned, took me to the ca$h register and collected, and sent me only way.
