Colonial Chevrolet of Acton, Service Department
Colonial Chevrolet of Acton continues to provide outstanding service. Ive taken my modified Express Van there for 10 years now and prior to that my Chevy Van for many years. Every time the people in the service department were friendly, competent, and professional. In the rare case where there was a problem, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Hats off to the Service Manager and his department.

Pleased with the salesman. Pleasant to talk with. Paperwork was done quickly and ready for signatures. When car was ready to be picked up everything was ready to go and salesman went over car with us.

Service Is Always Great--No Exceptions
I have been a customer since 1995 when I bought my car, and I always have it serviced at Colonial Chevrolet. I can't really say the service is exceptional unless one compares it to other dealers because, without exception, I have always found the service staff courteous and knowledgeable and the charges very reasonable.

Brake Repair
I needed significant work done on my rear brakes prior to taking my Scouts on a canoe trip. My vehicle is old and the parts were hard to find on short notice. Steve Carlson the service manager personally picked up the needed parts and two mechanics stayed late on a Friday so that my Scouts would be able to do their outing. As a customer of over 25 years, Steve and Colonial Chevrolet exceeded my expectations and saved the day. Thank You!
