I called in the morning. They had the part I needed (a key fob) and they did change the oil. I did drop off the car so they had time in case the key fob was a problem. But, they called back - no problem. As usual, staff was pleasant and helpful.

Colonial Chevy in Acton is very professional and made the whole process easy especially during these trying times! I was able to pick out a new vehicle, handle the trade in and rive off even with new plates in a few hours! If you’re looking for a new or used car, this is the place to go!

Very easy to schedule, excellent service
It was easy to schedule meeting, when I arrived I was greeted by Steve and we discussed what I needed done. He told me how long it would take and showed me to the waiting room. The work was completed even quicker than expected and I was happily on my way. I recommend this service department for Chevrolet service repairs.

Despite this time of decreased business, the staff at Colonial was still of the utmost professionalism. It is great that Colonial (along with the state) realize that we all need properly maintained vehicles during this time. I wish the sales staff were still essential employees, as now may be the time some customers are able to finally get the new vehicle they want/need.

Stand up dealership, my experience is that the service department does right by the costumer and is not out to get you. If you happen to break down in a Chevy near Acton MA I highly recommend their service department. Pretty good outcome in my opinion for what I had going on with my vehicle.
