The buying experience was great. My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles. Johnny was a great salesperson and we did not feel pressured..

Great Service

Extremely happy with the fast service, my service representative was kind and knowledgeable regarding the questions I had about the repairs and the final cost.

Buy a GM elsewhere

The least satisfactory dealership in the area in terms of customer satisfaction and quality of service. They tell you they don't have inventory because of Covid (even though it's 2023) but in reality the manufacturer just sends them much less than anywhere else because of how unsatisfied customers are with their service.

New vehicle

I would like to thank the whole team and experience I had in purchasing my new Traverse. Taylor you are the nicest person and so understanding . Rob I can?t say enough about your patience and willingness to guide me through every step needed . I will definitely recommend Diamond to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle . 2019 Silverado 1500 LD

I was having transmission issues & brought my truck to the dealer (Diamond) where Amie set up an appointment. Later in the day she called to break the news: My transmission torque converter rendered my transmission inoperable and that there were no replacements; it would have to be completely rebuilt. The rear differential needed to also be replaced with a used one from the scrapyard as they didn?t have replacements & it was too hard to rebuild. While the dealer did an outstanding job, I can't believe GM hasn't recalled effected vehicles or reached out to its patrons.

Go see them!

This dealership is by far the most helpful. In my mind, I would?ve never been able to afford a new car. John Goucher explained all the benefits of buying new that no one had ever told me before! Him and his team worked with me to allow me to drive away with my dream car!

Very costly

Person that booked about was not available the day of repairs , after insisting to see that person for repairs to help with costs and services, discounts ,etc. a rebate from a previous visit was not sent in from same person. Learned that after calling rebate company. Very costly visit

Best Dealership around! I would recommend to All!

I just had the greatest experience while leasing a new Buick Envision! I want to give special kudos to Bert Curtin, Jason Testagrossa and Brandon Simons who all made me feel welcome and appreciated during the process! Horrible dealership full of liars

Their rude and liars, the service depart charged me twice to fix the same thing which never got fixed and out right lied right to my face and swore at me and lost my registration. Kevin the Salesman/Rep lied over and over and tried changing the deal hopping I wouldn?t read the paperwork and yes I have proof of this. Mike I think that?s his name lied about the interest rate and I had to fight and call a lawyer to get even close to what I was promised. They ignored everything I said and what I could afford keeping me there for 9hr running me down every time I tried to leave the said we?re almost done one min. There?s to many to this all of the problems and lies to list them all! Over all it was a horrible experience and I would NEVER! Tell anyone to go there quite the opposite I will and have told all of my customers and my friends and people on all platforms I use to never go there and will continue because they treated me so horribly!!
