John Hansen is the primary reason why we continue to use Westborough Toyota (despite the age of our [2013] RAV4). His courteous service, attention to detail and through follow-up are outstanding (we have followed John since his days @ your competition, Bernardi Toyota). Without John we would not be your customer.

My service was quick and easy and at the right price. I really like the convenience of dropping off my car early given that I work next door.

The service delivery is great but for reason it feels as though the dealership sometimes provide poor advice thus customers end up paying for parts they don't need.For example I spend a lot of a pre-certified car so as not to incur high maintenance costs but turns out am digging deep down my pocket even with a pre paid plan already in place.
