Had a morning appointment and had to wait 3 hours for oil change. Why have apps if you can't keep them. Also didn't reset my service notice.

Not happy with the last couple times I was there.
Not happy with the last couple times I was there. Did solve the problem and made me stay there for hours . It’s seems they didn’t care about the clients. Very disappointed

Convenient location fast turnaround time lately slacking
Convenient location fast turnaround time lately slacking on cleaning they usually vacuum but this time I guess they overlooked.

They are great! Have been coming for years. My only complaint is that when I bought my new truck the only key I got did not open all the doors so I have to spend $200.

Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Signed a contract that said the dealership owed me work on my vehicle I just purchased. Service said they couldn’t do it and I needed a body shop. When I presented Jessica Wolford the body shop estimate she told me that they will not pay for an outside shop to work on my vehicle. I tried multiple times to contact the general manager with no luck and no call backs. When I showed up to discuss the contract with the general manager in person, I was told to leave the property.

Got us in quick when another dealer we've had nothing but
Got us in quick when another dealer we've had nothing but issues with serviced a car and returned it broken. Gave us a quote for less than previous dealer and was straight forward an honest regarding questions I had about previous service records with other dealer. We'll be bringing all our cars here from now on. (4 Toyotas)
