Professional, friendly, knowledgeable I have been a faithful customer with Nissan Kelly and they treated me like that, they made me feel special but in the future they should think about have snacks or appetizers on hand for sure a long process. I was staving when I got home ??

I love the fact that I was able to breathe, There was no

I love the fact that I was able to breathe, There was no pressure. When I made my decision as to which vehicle I was interested in the dealer was able to work with me financially, and I did not have to spend six hours at the dealership to accomplish my purpose. I would be remiss if I did not give praises to my sales person, Mr. Timothy Wilson. He was courteous, kind, and respectful. While at the dealership, I felt like we were family. The only thing that was missing was the family discount. 😂. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends in need of a vehicle. Great experience! 🩷 my 2025 Nissan Marano!

Great service. The service technician kept me informed by text and video as to the status of my vehicle. Everyone was very nice and professional. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.
