We have purchased multiple vehicles and so has our family from Fred Martin Superstore and this was by far the best experience from start to finish! Ashley Wehr was our sales representative and she was amazing! We were very specific about our needs and most importantly our wants because I loved the Jeep Cherokee I was driving. It was going to take something pretty spectacular to get me out of it and she found exactly what I was looking for! Did I mention it also had to be a specific color of green? My Olive Green Pearlcoat 2017 Jeep Compass 4x4 Limited is beautiful and I love it! It was no small task to assist us but she did it beautifully!!! She is a definite keeper and if we could give her a 15 star review we would. When we went to financing we had Rhonda again and as always she made the aggravating experience of financing more pleasant. She knew how important it was for us to keep our payment under a certain number and she did everything she could to make that happen. Of course as always in finance it was not exactly what we wanted but it was very close. She also followed up with us to make sure in the end it was good. Vehicle delivery also went very well. There is one small little nick on our drivers side door but they immediately said no worries when it comes in for its first service they will fix it. Joe and John were also a pleasure to work with. All of our interactions with Fred Martin over the years has been good which is what keeps bringing us back but this time it was outstanding!!! Thank you to the entire team!!!
