Haasz Automall

My sales associate was Rick McCoy. The buying process was a bit lengthy , we had a slight issue with the vehicle after the purchase but it was covered by the warranty.( COULD OF BEEN DUE TO HOW MUCH DRIVING WE DID WITH THE CAR BACK TO PITTSBURGH) .My overall experience with this facility was great and we will definitely be back to buy all our cars. Mr Rick McCoy was excellent and getting us financed and into a nice vehicle, we were very pleased with his hard work and polite attitude and patience.

Super friendly and easy to work with, my experience at Haasz Automall and specifically Rick McCoy were beyond great!!! We easily negotiated a deal that I was VERY happy with and I drove out in my brand new, 2014 Dodge Avenger. This was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever made. Rick was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. This kind of customer service is not widespread and I'm delighted that I shopped at Haasz automall. If you are looking to get into a new car, I definitely recommend going to see Rick at Haasz...tell him I sent you :-)

I needed a car asap but I knew my credit was bad but I took a chance an went to Haasz Automall I was ashamed to walk in knowing that the salesman who gets me is in for a long day or days but Mike walked up to me and greeted me and made me feel alot better when I told him my credit was bad he didnt make me feel bad he listened to my circumstances and really listened not like some salesman who will say whatever just so you buy a car. He had a long day ahead for him and I really felt sorry for him I bet he wished he would of never walked up to me but he did not stop working for me he went back an forth for days trying to get me a loan. Mike is definitely an asset to your dealership I wish there were more salesman like him maybe their rep would change about being like vulchars as soon as you pull up in the lot. Mike is caring and honest and has a big heart for his customers. He will do what it takes to get you in a car but does it in a good way. Thanks Mike you are a true salesman.I will recommend you to everyone.

I went Haasz about a week ago looking for a used car. I had told myself not to get my hopes up that I would find exactly what I wanted for a great price. When I got there I was greeted by Rich Fernandez, a very down to earth, cool guy with lots of personality. He spent a lot of time with me and showed me many different cars. I picked the one I wanted and he gave me a really great deal! I really felt special! I will definitely recommend Rich to anyone I know looking for a new car. What a great car buying experience! YOU GO RICH!

Took a long time and haggled a bit but still better price than Greenwood Auto in Cortland and I even took my friend in who bought a car from them 3 weeks ago.

I contacted the dealer about a car on their site.they emailed back and said they would send further info but never did . They then asked me to do a survey about how well they did in contacting me and providing me with information.i declined because they never did help me or tell me that the car was sold or offer another vehicle. I finally just drove there to find out the vehicle sold several days after I inquired about it. Very poor service. This is also the second time they have given me poor service. I will not go back.

I would recommend Haasz Automall to anyone interested in buying a car. The service is good, and the people are friendly. The family bought two Jeeps there and would buy there again.

It was great service. Really helped with everything and answered Every question I had. Mike is a very nice person and very good with customers.

Ken goes above and beyond making it right for a customer! He handled my concerns from beginning to end! He had my car repaired and sent me on my way with the satisfaction that it was done right! I couldn't recommend his service team more!!!!
