New 2017 Ram Purchase

We leased our 2014 Ram about three years ago through Haasz and we were extremely happy with the truck. We returned out 2014 and updated to the new 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie. We love the vehicle and the support from Haasz. We highly recommend Haasz if your looking for a new or used vehicle and there exceptional service.

Very unprofessional, disorganized and unethical.

First off I'd like to say that John Reed is very nice and attempted to be extremely helpful. I don't think he was responsible for the awful service I received from their shady finance person or Bob the internet sales person. I was only referred to John after arriving at the dealership. I live over an hour a way and scheduled a time with the internet sales person to come look at a silver bmw suv. I advised that I was on my way out and upon arriving asked for the internet sales person (Bob) as I was instructed to do. I was referred to another salesman who promptly told me the car was not on the lot but may be at their other lot. After going to the other lot he came back and informed me that one of the managers had the car that I had made an appointment to see and he had no idea when he would be back. I expressed my frustration but we agreed to go over the numbers at that time in case I liked the car and chose to purchase it when it came back. Based on my trade-in, the price of the car and current interest rates I knew approximately what my payment would be (380-400 per month). The salesman went the finance manager and came back with a payment 500 per month for the term I requested. My career is in finance so I questioned the salesman on the payment amount and asked what interest rate they were using. His response was "around 6 percent" even though I knew by the numbers that it was actually around 12. I have a credit score in the 700's which they knew after pulling my credit so there is absolutely no reason my rate should be "around 6 percent" let alone 12 percent. I told him a 6 percent rate would be a payment of about 450. I told him the numbers weren't adding up and he replied that the finance guy was new and he would have him re-run the numbers. He then asked if a payment of 450 would be enough for me to buy the car. I replied that I hadn't even seen the car and that 450 would not be low enough. The salesman came back a few minutes later and said the finance guy made a mistake and the payment would actually be...450. Wow what a surprise! At that point I told him I drove over an hour, to stop screwing around and tell the finance guy to give me a rate that is in line with what I should be getting. He came back a few minutes later with a rate of 3.8. Now that they were done trying to screw me on the rate I was told that they would have the car all detailed and ready the following morning so I could come out and drive it. This of course would require another drive of over an hour each way but I did agree. I left the dealership and received a call about 10 minutes later while I was eating at McDonalds and was told the manager called and the vehicle would be back in 30 minutes. I finished eating, drove back to the dealership and waited almost an hour before the car came back. I am a color blind so it is hard for me to see certain shades but when I finally saw the car in person parked near my silver car I could clearly see it was not silver. The car was actually a champagne/gold color that is usually found on cars that older people drive. I drove the car and it was nice and exactly what I wanted with the exception of the color. Just an overall bad experience. Car was not there even though the knew I was coming out. Spent over 4 hours at dealership, finance guy tried ripping me off twice as if I had a 500 credit score. They don't even know what color their own car is. There are far too many car dealerships out there to deal with these people. STAY AWAY!

Went to Haasz and Got my Wrangler from JOHN REED

Went in John Got us the right deal for my car and the car I wanted. He was quick and did not waste me or my families time. I reccommend going to Haasz in Ravenna and asking for JOhn Reed. He will treat you right..

Best place ever

This was my first car I was buying on my own. 23 years old, no credit, no experience in anything cars. They helped me through every single step as if they actually cared about where my money was going. I dealt with John Reed and he was just incredible. There was no sketchy car dealer behavior that I've experienced at other places. Just strait up professional help. I will definitely come back here and bring my family.
