I was extremely indecisive and probably a pain in the butt. Adam did everything and then some to get me the deal I needed. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. But a big shout out to Adam I couldn't be happier with what he did for me!

Quick work
Very polite and knowledgeable. There was a quick turnaround and getting our Jeep Liberty repaired. Kept in contact and got me a shuttle to and from home while the work was being done.

Disorganized process
The whole process was disorganized and took forever. At one point John went up to talk with Andy the sales manager and left me there for 20min. I had already made an offer online before I came in and was told it was doable. So I thought it was going to be quick. NOT! Ultimately I got the deal I wanted. Which was great! When I came back to pick up the new truck the paper work was not ready. I thought I had an appointment. John was asking for a check for the down payment before I even saw the final sales documents. He seemed very confused on what to do. It felt backwards. Shouldn't I be doing all this with the finance person?
