Louis is an amazing salesman!

Louis is an amazing salesman! He was very professional and worked with me during a difficult time as I unexpectedly needed to replace my vehicle. He took the time to listen to my situation and helped me find the vehicle I wanted within my price range. He made the process from start to finish extremely easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I probably had the best experience ever purchasing a car

I probably had the best experience ever purchasing a car at Klaben. The salesman were informative and kind very smooth operation. I’m 63 years old, so I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years once again, one of the best experiences purchasing a car!

Bo was an absolute delight and sensitive to virtually

Bo was an absolute delight and sensitive to virtually every possible need or preference. A true professional and advocate for the customer. This guy is the real deal, and because of his service and my one-time experience I will be considering this dealership for my future needs and referring it to people I know.

Luke and JC are amazing salesmen!

Luke and JC are amazing salesmen! I had been to many dealerships while searching for my next SUV- it was zero fun. Every salesman was high pressure and did not listen to what I was looking for. Then I stopped at Klaben and met JC and Luke. They are so kind and low pressure. They listened to my vehicle needs and cared about getting me into something that I would be happy with. I visited twice and drove a few different cars. Both times I told them I'd think about it and be back. They didn't try to pressure me into a making a decision I wasn't ready for. They didn't threaten that the car would sell and I would miss out. They were kind and patient and kept in touch with me in a stress free way. It made me want to give them my business. After a bit more thinking I decided on a car and Luke brought it out to me. He showed me all the features and handled all the paperwork. It was such an easy, pleasant experience. There were no hidden fees, no trying to up charge and upsell, no high pressure insistence I buy weird insurances. This is what other dealerships do, but not Klaben. It was very refreshing and how all dealerships should do business. Klaben offered me top dollar for my trade, they didn't disparage my vehicle I was trading like other places did. They didn't point out flaws and didn't low ball me on what my trade was worth. They gave me real numbers and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Klaben and am so happy I found this dealership.

I explained that the heat out of the vents was originally

I explained that the heat out of the vents was originally only putting out hot air when the control knob was adjusted to cold and then only putting out cold air when adjusted to hot two days later. I thought that this was enough to convince the technician that a clogged hater core was not the problem but more likely the heater blend door was the problem. The heater core was replaced and found to not be the problem and finally the blend door I believe was replaced/repaired in some manner. This along with the technician taking time off which I can't hold against him and the parts department not alerting someone that the replacement part had been received pushed the final repair date out two weeks. The plastic bushings that hold the heater core inlet/outlet tubes as they pass through the firewall are missing which will have to be replaced so insects don't make a nest inside the vehicle.

Mona was great, I had a few questions about my new

Mona was great, I had a few questions about my new vehicle and she answered them for me. Everything was taken care as expected. My first time in the service department and getting an oil change and tire rotation. She walked me around and made me feel comfortable.
