Need more loaner cars.

Need more loaner cars. My car was there for 2 days. I was #4 on the list. Not sure if I'd bring it back for service or go to another dealership.

I always thought that Bill Kay as a dealership was a rip

I always thought that Bill Kay as a dealership was a rip off. This visit again confirms it. Their labor rates must be close to $200 an hour. An hour and a half of work cost close to $300. Only went because I needed a part from Buick. Usually I take my business to another Buick dealer.

I’m a 100% service-connected veteran and founder of a logistics agency. I purchased a 2020 Dodge Journey from Bill Kay GMC. Despite two transmission replacements, the vehicle failed again leaking fluid and requiring a tow. I lost my job due to repeated breakdowns and was denied a rental or replacement. I couldn’t renew my registration for over a year due to emissions failure. Legal action is underway. I’m sharing this to protect other families and hold businesses accountable. Safety and integrity matter.

Great experience! Our salesman Jordyn was excellent and the finance department was great to work with so we could get the vehicle we wanted at an affordable payment. Overall an enjoyable experience.
