Daniel was great.

Daniel was great. He took care of my routine maintenance and gave me a heads up on what I may have to do next time I come in. I have been coming to Mossy Nissan El Cajon since 2011 and have always had exceptional service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable service department. Address the entire ignition system do not asume

I have a lease vehicle. Recently it has had a battery / key fob issue. The battery was replaced. There is still a key fob issue. I will be calling again today to have this issue addressed. It should have been taken care of when the vehicle was there. No it is not a key fob battery issue. I replaced the battery. So back to square one. Lets see how this is resolved.

I feel lied to

Well the expience was fine.. But they are liars.. While we test driven there rogue.. We had a nissian altama. That only had 57000 miles on it.. Very clean car.. They inspected it saying that it was trash and it was going to the salvage yard.. so me and my finance believed them.. So I looked under the hood and saw that the mass flower sensor was disconnected.. but by this time my girl already signed the papers for new car.. so I told the salesman that I saw that mass flow sensor was disconnected.. He said it was to late.. I am not saying they disconnected it.. but they could of gave her more money for the car.. They gave her 3000 only for the car.. Telling us that the transmission is shot.. so they were just going to salvage it..Now are selling the same car for 16000. I feel lied to..
