Buying a new veichle the sales person was fine. He did work hard for us. After that it went downhill. The finance dept was terrible and even when they made mistakes they made me feel like I had made the mistakes. I even felt like a criminal when leaving there by a few of them. I have called numerous times trying to give them a chance to make things better and no one seems to want to make the customer happy. I wish anyone luck who deals with this dealership.

My wife and I bought a vehicle on 12 Jan 2018. Our salesperson was Rolando Marsh . He was such a professional person. We told him what we could put down and how much that we wanted our payments to be. He came through and got my wife the car she wanted and the color.The whole staff that night was great. I even talked sports with Tim the Vikings fan and Nate in finance was awesome also. Thanks guys .

I called Doug North on my way to another dealership just to check on inventory and incentives. Doug told me not to buy until I gave him a chance. I spent about 3 hours at the other store and couldn't make a deal I was happy with. I called Doug and told him I had left the other place and was heading his way if we could make the process real fast. I got there, looked at inventory and started working out the details. I ended up buying the perfect truck for me at a price I was very happy with.I didn't even have to fight to get it since Doug told the sales manager what I wanted to do. I bought a used truck from them and when I test drove it, it had a good working key and remote. When I bought it they gave me a key that doesn’t work easily and no remote. I bought it for $14500 then had to put over $8000 in to it in the first 2 years. Went back a couple years later and less then 20k miles and in better shape then when I bought it I was offered $7000 as a trade. Well below the book trade in value. When I asked the salesman why he said “ you really got ripped off”!!! So he told me that they ripped my off by Christopher dodge! At least they where honest about that!

So nice to be able to be out of state and close a deal on a badass truck. Dealing with Aaron was super easy and was pleasant. No stress or pressure, made the deal over the phone came in the following week and closed it. Best dealership experience I've ever had. Also being with a 4 year old in a dealership can be tough, they have a great kids play room that kept him busy the whole 2 hours I was in the dealership. huge plus to have this for us to use.

Was looking for a new car this sales person came up to me by the name Chris Duran and asked me what kind of car I like and what I?m looking for I told him I was looking for a dodge that?s good with gas mileage and is made very well he show me a few cars but the knowledge you have was great, I am so happy that I ran into Chris and will be back to buy a new car.

I was looking for a 2017 EcoDiesel once they were finally released this year and found Christopher's Dodge World after a search on the RAM site for all the specs I wanted. They had 9 to choose from in a wide range of colors. I put my info in just to see the Internet price and a day later was contacted by Aaron in the Internet department. He was able to get what I wanted as well as the financing and we did all of our communication through email. Not once was I pressured during the whole process which was a very refreshing experience. I live in San Diego and flew out to make the deal and drive the truck home. That tells you how good of a deal I got with them. They even held it 2 weeks for me as that was the first opportunity I had to fly out which was very nice considering the demand with the EcoDiesels just hitting the lot. Every person I dealt with there from Aaron to financing were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely go back to these guys when I am ready to buy again! Drove off the lot with a full tank a fuel, a clean detailed truck and very satisfied customer.

I used the True Car app and Aaron from Christopher’s Dodge World is the only person that actually asked exactly what I wanted. All other dealers sent pictures of trucks that weren’t even close to my wish list. I feel I got a fair trade in for my old pickup and the pricing on the new truck was also good. I would highly recommend Christopher’s Dodge and Aaron Thompson if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
