Took my truck apart, couldn't come up with a replacement 1500 hundred bed as a RAM dealership, and now they have sat on it for so long my insurance for rental is running out and I am going to be out hundreds more dollars by the time they finally finish.

Took my truck apart and then couldn't find the replacement bed for over a month. Now they are barely getting started and my insurance coverage for rental is running out. It's going to cost me hundreds by the time they HOPEFULLY actually complete the repair and their attitude about that is that it's not their problem. Just avoid this place.

I had been searching for a new Ram Power Wagon for a while and while searching I discovered Christopher Ram Dodge, From the minute I inquired about the vehicle I was searching for I was contacted by John, made my appointment and I arrived the very next day, they made e a very decent offer on my trade that was at the 300,000 mile mark, and within 30 minutes I was out the door in my new vehicle, now don't get me wrong I put down a large down payment plus the trade and I was gone, patience is not one of my virtues, I'm very happy with my new vehicle, I am extremely happy with the sales folks John and Hai, when I go to purchase another vehicle, It will be here, yes they get 5 stars from me.

I took my vehicle in for service paid $3,368.
I took my vehicle in for service paid $3,368.32 to fix everything they said was wrong with it and less then 72 hours later it died and now they’re telling me that it’s going to be $9,500 before taxes to fix it even though I just spent thousands of dollars to “fix” it

extended warranty they sold me wasn't processed
These folks sold me a 2019 f150 that they told me was great with no issues upon inspection. Said they just serviced it and everything. Rushed the sale on a Saturday, probably because they didn’t believe I’d come back the following Monday. Anyhow, this truck Had 77.9k miles. They even talked me into getting the “assurant extended warranty + gap” coverage. Not even 300 miles driven and less than two weeks later I got a p00021 code which indicates an issue with the intake camshaft position timing (over advanced). In layman's terms they sold me a vehicle with bad VCT cam phasers plus a few other issues. I called the service department when I got the code and was encouraged to find a ford dealership to take the vehicle to for a diagnosis on the issue. I was finally able to drop the vehicle off at a ford dealership (keep in mind many of these dealerships have multiple week wait times. I gave them my assurant service agreement number and all of the pertinent information they would need to make a claim for repairs after they diagnose the issue. I dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday was told that the VCT Cam phasers were bad and that it was also causing an issue with the timing chain and other miscellaneous parts pertaining to the engine. The service advisor from ford told me this would be a $4400 repair. I ask them to follow up with assurant. The service advisor contacted me saying that assurant has no record of my service agreement, and nothing matching the vin of the vehicle. I’m like this can’t be right, so I attempted to contact Christopher Dodge's finance department multiple times. Each time I was transferred nobody answered the phone. I left 3 voicemails requesting a call back. Never got a call back. The service advisor also attempted to contact them several times without any success until the end of YESTERDAY. Low and behold assurant had no record of the extended warranty this dealership “sold” me, because Christopher Dodge's finance department never entered my purchase into the system fully. So because of that they said that they would have to send it up to their “warranty administrator” to “kind of speed things along” and in my experience with stuff like this it's more than a few hours for this to be corrected, it's more like 48 hours. So I’ve had to jump through hoops and hurdles to get this taken care of, and have been out of a vehicle for a week. As it’s now Friday evening we are going into the weekend and I will have to be out of a vehicle for likely another week and a half to two weeks OR LONGER. That totals ATLEAST 3 weeks without a loaner vehicle or anything of the sort due to no fault of my own - but to the fault of this dealership not processing things correctly on their end. Mind you they’ve offered no type of compensation or loaner vehicle. The salesperson who sold me the vehicle doesn’t even respond to emails. What I initially felt was a good experience has become a nightmare. I have a 4 year old kid. I'm responsible for getting them to and from school, along with getting to and from work myself Monday through Friday and this has changed my outlook on this dealership for the worst. It’s fraudulent to collect money from people and not use it for its stated purpose. Who knows when this xx will be taken care of - but it’s very unacceptable. I could go on about this entire ordeal but I digress.

Stay away from the slimy salesman named Sy
They had some photos of a keep for sale, i told them I would be driving over 1.5 hours to look at it and I asked for more photos before I drove down… they never sent the photos but I drove down anyway. The keep was a complete loss from hail damage and a huge dent on the side from side swiping something…

Bought a car that was one of the mechanics sons car I was
Bought a car that was one of the mechanics sons car I was told. Many issues which they must’ve known about being from him including covered up paint issues and water leaks inside the car which wasn’t noticeable until it had rained. The guy that helped me purchase the car backed the car out and drove it out but could not drive a manual very well and was burning the clutch while moving it. When I first bought I was told a couple things would be fixed. When I brought the car back in for those issues to be fixed they ordered the wrong parts. Instead of letting me know they were the incorrect parts the car sat there all from 9AM-3PM and they didn’t hesitate to call. I finally showed up there thinking the car would be ready to be told the parts were incorrect and I could bring it another day. I’d highly recommend looking at other places before going here. Will update with water damage pictures later.
