We made the appointment easily and without delay. When we arrived at the dealer we were met quickly by the service rep. He quickly understood our problem and explained the process. Just a few hours later he called and told us we could pick up the fixed car. We picked the car up and the problem was completely fixed.

Service department staff are consistently: welcoming, friendly, courteous, professional, prompt. Their area and waiting room spotless. They take excellent care of my car, and me too!

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Rockville-Audi (2017 Audi Q7). They were very pleasant to work with and did an awesome job, including negotiating the trade in. The test drive with Hamdael was great, personable and informative (the most informative test drive I've ever been on (and I purchase cars generally every year). The sales manager Dany Aly was helpful in making sure that both sides (the customer and the dealership) was treated fairly.
