I had been shopping around for an Audi and had a great experience with this dealership. Chris was informative but not pushy. Car was priced well. They worked through a unique buying situation for me and we came to a deal. Finance was easy to go through and didn?t take forever like most experiences. Facility was clean, inviting and everyone was friendly.

Prior to my arrival for the appointment, the service

Prior to my arrival for the appointment, the service department let me know how long the installation would take. Instead of waiting hours at the dealership, they offered alternative transportation to where I needed to go. This was the first time I experienced this during my service appointment and it was exceptional.

This dealer's approach to pricing was problematic.

This dealer's approach to pricing was problematic. The initial offer they provided was significantly higher than the market rate, and other dealerships were offering better prices. I also found that the lease offer was based on an inaccurate money factor, and the pricing information on the Audi Rockville website was misleading. It was a very disappointing experience.

General Manager Marcus and his team was exceptional.

General Manager Marcus and his team was exceptional. Bought multiple cars with Audi of Rockville and process has always been smooth, fast and transparent. Never felt like they try to sell me on things I do not need and got great value and service each time. Highly recommend.

Very smooth buying experience.

Very smooth buying experience. It was much faster than previous experiences I had. The sales rep was friendly, the finance manger was also friendly and professional. They clearly explained the whole process.

I generally receive good service at Rockville Audi.

I generally receive good service at Rockville Audi. The service agents are kind, responsive and knowledgeable. What makes me absolutely crazy is that it is impossible to reach the service department by phone!! No one pcks up! I don't get it! In the luxury car market I would think they would NEED to go above and beyond for servcie and I'm not seeing that at all. Note: I dont see my service person on the drop down list so I am just checking off anyone.

I rarely write reviews, but after my second terrible

I rarely write reviews, but after my second terrible experience at this Audi service department, I feel it’s necessary. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30AM for three new tires and an alignment. I arrived at 10:15AM, but my technician was busy, so I asked for a call when they were ready to check me in. I did not receive a call until 11:22AM nearly an hour later. From there, the communication completely fell apart. I called back at 11:47AM, 1:32PM, and 3:02PM, leaving voicemails each time, yet I did not get a return call until 3:12PM. By this point, my car had been sitting at the dealership for hours without any progress. The technician admitted they could only call me during a one-hour window that I had already informed them I was unavailable. That explanation was both frustrating and unacceptable. When I finally did speak with the technician, his attitude was unprofessional. He was sassy, got smart with me when I questioned the delays, and took zero accountability for the lack of communication throughout the day. Not once did I receive an apology for the fact that my car had been sitting there all day with nothing being done. Text communication didn’t begin until after 3PM something I was told could not happen until the work order was started. This made no sense, especially since the work order could have been opened at check-in. On top of that, I was never quoted a price before work was authorized. I was first told $1,330.89, then suddenly $1,339.80—neither of which had ever been discussed prior. I asked about a loaner since I live outside the area and my car had been there all day. They said none were available. I was then told the manager was “out of office” and to just leave my car until he returned but again, no loaner was offered. When I finally arrived at 4:45PM, I still had to wait until 5:18PM for my car. At checkout, I requested a copy of my multi-point inspection. Initially, I was told it was emailed, but it wasn’t. After I insisted, they printed it out, and I was shocked to find a rim issue noted as “customer declined.” I was never informed of this. Considering I have tire and rim protection, this is a serious failure on their part to communicate. This was escalated to both the service manager and general manager, but it’s now been six days and I have heard nothing back. The complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. To be clear, I have had smooth experiences here with simple services like oil changes. But when something goes wrong, it spirals out of control and customer service disappears. This was the second terrible experience I’ve had my first was so poorly handled that they ended up cutting me a check to cover my monthly car note because of how long they kept my vehicle. Unfortunately, after this latest visit, I will not be returning. Audi customers deserve better communication, professionalism, and follow through than what I experienced here.
