A great experience

I was shopping for a new car. The salesman took his time and went through several different cars. Once I made the purchase, he went through all of the features of my new Mercedes. Dave did an excellent job.

Excellent service and surroundings

They were as concerned about my car as I was and I appreciate somebody demonstrating equal concern. The service was excellent as expected, the facilities are very comfortable and provide both work space as well as comfortable recliners, and Carly was just as pleasant as my service adviser Adam.

No more Mercedes for me and my family

I replaced my my sunroof liner last November 27, 2023 due to bad quality materials, and they charged me more than 1,400.00 dollars because they told me they had to take the sunroof glass and the top out. when they put the glass back, they didn't screwed the right passenger back leg of the sunroof all the way, causing it to get stuck on the rail. I took it to Mercedes Benz Melbourne on February 13th, less than 3 months after the repair and they said it would cost me 5,400.00 dollars to fix that. Horrible service, they don't take any responsibility for the work they do. I will never buy a Mercedes again.

Mercedes of Melbourne FL

I was an out of state client. My sales rep was Alfredo who was an absolute joy to work with. He went above and beyond with additional pictures, videos and even put it up on the lift and had specific pictures taken at my request. It was all done in a timely manner and is what made the difference in helping us to decide on purchasing from Mercedes' of Melbourne. All of the needed documentation and form signing was coordinated for me. And also in a timely manner. They worked through all of the DMV details and handled everything they are allowed to handle. If you see a car you are interested in and you are out of state do not fear. Ask for Alfredo and don?t look back. Everyone was wonderful at this location. I highly recommend Mercedes of Melbourne either in state or out of state purchase based on my experience. Dennis
