Very disappointed in service B appointment.

Very disappointed in service B appointment. No advisor available for appointment on arrival. Waited 20 minutes. I was a customer waiting for repair but got text saying vehicle not ready until two hours after estimated repair time. In fairness was offered a loaner for next repair. Appreciate that but very frustrated since haven?t had these issues before.

Last year, I had some issues with the service department.
