Ramsey Mazda is the best car dealer I’ve ever used for both a vehicle purchase and service. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and never rushes any conversation. My buying experience was smooth and hassle free. I continue to make the trip here for regular service appointments and appreciate the ease of booking online. Wait times are reasonable for the work being done and everything is explained thoroughly before your car hits the lift. They offer a video inspection and recap of your service before it’s completed in case you have any questions or anything additional is needed. They value every customer and I will continue to recommend them over dealers that are closer to my home. Service matters!

Mazda of Ramsey did a great job of telling me the truth about the condition of my car after having taken it out of storage. They had not had the car before in their shop but told me that they would just check the car out before the long drive home. I was expecting a large bill but instead I only needed an oil change. They showed me the things they would normally worry about but they told me why I shouldn’t worry and was able to get me back on the road quickly. I will definitely come back here soon!

I have taken my Mazda to this dealership several times for service. Good experience. They do a video that shows any issues so you can see the actual condition of parts they are telling you need service. This gives me more confidence they are not "conning" me into getting work done that is not necessary. Pleasant people at the counter. So far, work I've had done has been good.
