I would highly recommend Emipre Hyundai when looking for a new/used car. My respresentive Syed was extremely helpful and very professional when trying to stay within my budget. I walked in knowing what car I wanted and he made that happen. I am thankful he was very understaning with what i wanted. Everyone knows its not easy buying a car but when you have the right help it can be. He worked very hard to make sure i was happy and i can really say i am very pleased with my purchse and the Emipre Hyundai staff. Thanks Empire!

I was lied to my face about the KBB value of my trade in, do they not think everyone lookup the trade in value of their car before they go into a dealership! The salesman was pushy pushy pushy and the sales manager was even worse! I felt like I was in a used car dealership and they were trying to force me into a car that I didn't want! I wonder how many people have been 'forced' into buying a car they didn't want and were then coerced into writing a favorable review??

Ronald went out of his way to discuss car models and leasing options with us and walked with us to a lot where we compared styles and colors. If we decide to lease a hyundai we will certainly use Ronald.

Sayed was friendly and respectful. Listened to my needs and was not too pusy. He was knowledgable about the car. He did work hard to keep the price down. I like to keep my business in Fall River because I live here. Empire Hyundai seemed very professional, organized and overall, fair. I would recommend them.

Ron greeted us as we first pulled up to Empire Hyundai. My husband and I were very pleased with his knowledge of the vehicles, from saftey to options. He was very thorough in making sure we knew everything about the car we test drove. Even though we couldnt find a car in our price range that day, they were committed to making sure they could get us into a vehicle we liked in our price range. Ron, said that "Empire will never loose a deal when it comes to the price of a car" So I am hoping they will be be able to get us into the car we want for the price we need! My family and I just bought a brand new 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring from Joe Rodriguez at Empire Hyundai in Fall River, MA. Out of all the dealers I contacted in Southeastern Massachusetts, they were the ones that had the right car at the right price. Some other dealerships we talked to didn't seem very interested in selling us a car, maybe they presumed we were just kicking the tires so we weren't really worth their effort. That was not the case with Joe at Empire Hyundai. He greeted me at the door and brought me for my test drive in the car that I inquired about. It was sitting ready for me at the front door. Joe worked very hard to earn my business and get me in the perfect car for my young family at a great price with an extremely low rate on my financing. He also earned my respect. If he says something, you can be certain he's going to make it happen. That is worth it's weight in gold when purchasing a car. When we made arangements to come back to look at the car and ultimately make the purchase, it was on Joe's day off. Needless to say, he was right there greeting us at the door. He said maybe he'd take a day off next week. I would not hesitate in recommending him and Empire Hyundai to my friends and family. Joe Carvalho walked us through the finance process knowledgeably answering all of my questions. He made that part equally painless. I have now bought my last 2 cars from them and I will certainly be shopping there first when it is time for my third. Couldn't be happier with the car or the service.
