Go here they treat people right!
Saw a Toyota online and send in an inquiry. That’s when I found out this place is on it. They sent me a video of the vehicle. An email with the CARFAX and window sticker. I found out they have a new General Manager. He definitely understands todays buyers. They made everything so easy. People should know about this place!

DISRESPECTED - DARCARS Lost a Loyal Customer
First, I'd like to mention that I have bought 8 cars from DARCARS Lexus of Silver Spring over the last few years (Baya is an outstanding salesperson) and I have always had a great experience. For that reason, I decided to visit DARCAR Pre-Owned Fairfax because I'm in the market to buy a minivan for my au pair. I decided to visit this dealership to test drive a minivan they had advertised on cars.com. During my test drive the sales associate and I noticed the ride of the van was a little rough. I asked the sales associate if there was work done to the suspension and he agreed to check the service records when we returned to the dealership. Upon our return, I was approached by the general manager and he asked me what I thought about the van. I told him I was interested, however, I was concerned about the bumpiness of the ride and had questions about the suspension. The general manager immediately became very defensive and says he drove the van the past two days and didn't notice anything wrong with it. I responded by saying, "Really?... You didn't notice anything?". He then looks at me with distain and says, "Have a nice day." I was stunned. He repeats himself, "Have a nice day" and stares. He was obviously dismissing me, no longer willing to provide me with service, and passive aggressively asking me to leave. All the sales associates in the dealership, including the salesperson who accompanied me on the test drive, witnessed this interaction and stood silently watching. I turned to them and repeated what was said to me... "He told me to have a nice day". I contained my anger from this blatant disrespect, turned and walked out. I am an educated black man. I lead a commercial real estate brokerage and I usually dress professionally. However, today I arrived to this dealership wearing a hooded sweat suit. I am 100% convinced that if I "looked" differently the general manager would have treated me differently. With that said, I will never buy another car from DARCARS again.

Great experience at this location. John helped us out and he was very nice and knowledgeable. We found what we wanted and he made the process very easy for us. Thank you so much John, we are very happy with our purchase! When it is time to buy again I will be back here.

This is the worst dealer ever....be where...the old salesmen John lies to you and Sean the finance guy lies and they are only out to stab you in the back. John could not think for himself and keeps blaming the manager for all his mistakes. They tell you one thing on the phone then when you drive hours to get to them the story is all change....went for a Toyota and when I got there they said your here for the Dodge right....incompetent people working there. Take your busy somewhere else...*****READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS AND DECIDE FOR YOURSELF IF THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY***

Great Dealership!
To anyone shopping for a great used car. Go to DarCars of Fairfax where you are treated like family from start to finish. I don’t believe the bad reviews because everyone that I Met there was phenomenal. My sales person was Daniel he had very thorough knowledge of the BMW I was looking to purchase. He knew exactly what I wanted and was very kind as well. The General Manager I.J. was amazing and helped me out from start to finish. He was the one who greeted me when i walked through the door and even thanked me when i left. I.J. Is a one of a kind General Manager and is as nice and professional as can be. Then at last there was the Finance Manager, Jessica. She was a very nice lady who assisted me throughout the financing process. The part most people dread was a breeze as everything was thoroughly explained to me. I’m one of the people that never buys warranty but Jessica gave me enough information to make an informed decision and purchase it with my financing. To anyone looking for a good used car or truck, Go see the people that treat you right and make you feel at ease the moment you arrive on their lot. Go see I.J. , Daniel and Jessica and let them know a very happy customer sent you. I was pleasantly surprised they were open, what a great dealership!

I was glad that a serious hidden problem of my 02 Camry was discovered, and fixed yesterday. Thanks Jin, the service manager, and Steve for their persistent efforts in reaching me. Looking for a great place for car service these days, competent technical capability for effectively addressing issues is necessary. However, extra thoughtfulness in customer service like Jin and Steve demonstrated will win returning clients.
