Brian Fearnow is the WORST!
Brian Fearnow is the WORST! I called looking for a specific make, model and color. Brian said they were getting one in that week and asked if I could meet at 5:30 in Friday. I showed up at 5:30. All that needed to be done was for me to sign the papers. I didn't get out of there until 8:30 that night because Brian decided to meet with someone buying a used car at the same time! I only found that out because he kept disappearing for long periods of time, so I asked his supervisor what was going on and he told me. However, his supervisor did NOTHING about it! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!!!! I can't adequately express how awful it was

I purchased a used 2022 GMC Sierra from Younger Toyota,
I purchased a used 2022 GMC Sierra from Younger Toyota, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The truck had a check engine light on at the time of sale, and shortly after driving it home, it entered limp mode, reducing the speed to 35 mph. This happened not once, but twice in the first two months of ownership. I spent over $3,000 in repairs and rental cars just trying to keep a functioning vehicle on the road. Despite providing receipts and ongoing communication, I only received partial reimbursement, and the dealership has since stopped responding. I put $6,000 down and make monthly payments on a vehicle that has spent more time in the shop than on the road. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell, and my experience has been both costly and stressful.

Younger Toyota sold me a vehicle that clearly had unresolved mechanical problems, and they have not taken responsibility for any of it. Within days, my truck was back in the shop with multiple issues including engine failures, fueling problems, and electrical faults. Despite assurances and emails with their sales team (Ashley Paxton and Eric Eichelberger were involved), I only received a fraction of the reimbursement I’m owed for repairs and rental cars. After that, my emails were deflected or ignored. The dealership’s behavior has been dishonest and dismissive. If you’re considering buying from them, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
