Worst dealership in Spokane and Washington. Do yourself a favor buy somewhere else and run from this dealership. I am so glad we bought our truck at a different dealer. Kelsie treats you like you are a no body and won't call back. Sad a local business is like this.

Took my truck in there and it cost 1000$ to fix the heater. 1 year later same problem and they won't warrenty it because the vehicle is a "Canadian Dodge ram 1500". You could have told me that before you took my money you crooks

The Service Department at Dishman Dodge is EXCELLENT!! Robert took care of my most recent issue (trouble light=bad exhaust sensor). He was professional, thorough, and even arranged transportation (didn't realize rental was covered in my warranty). The team had my issue resolved promptly and Robert even followed up a few days later to confirm that the light wasn't coming back on. I would recommend this team to anyone!

We bought our new Jeep Compass from Dishman in 2020. It was the second most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. The first was when I purchased a new Mini Cooper. But Dishman was excellent. Curteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered an excellent price. Since then I have had it serviced twice at the dealership. They are on time, courteous, and seemingly efficient. I will return in the future.
