My husband bought a truck 4 months ago and Harvest had it for over a month. Need a new tailgate. Finally got it in then wasn?t painted. Needed to be detailed and still has not received that. They have had it more than us and three little things can?t even get accomplished.

Great buying experience!

I've always been 100% against buying a car from a dealership due to how the salesman treat you. They're always real nice until you tell them you need time to think about it or tell them you're not interested in that vehicle. Then the sales person does a 180 and treats you like you're xxxx for not buying a car that day. At Harvest Chevrolet, not at anytime did I feel pressured, the whole team was very patient, helpful, and understanding of my situation. They assured me the car I was looking at was being held for me, as it took me about a week to gather my payment. I didnt feel like if I didn't get it together In A day or two that the car would be sold to someone else. My sales person was Angel, he was great! He treated me like a friend.

Service Department

Had an issue with my car starting. They ran a test, discovered it was the battery and then they replaced it. Quick service and I did not have an appointment.

I dropped my car off for repair on 29 JUN 2021, and it is...

I dropped my car off for repair on 29 JUN 2021, and it is now 21 SEP 2021 still NO CAR.  It has literally been one COVID related excuse after another. I would highly recommend going to other collision repair facilities that don't have more cars in repair lot than on the sales lot. This has been a highly frustrating experience overall and I will never offer this company any future work. The also failed to return my call for an update as to when it will be complete.

Quite possibly the best car buying experience we have...

Quite possibly the best car buying experience we have ever had. Angel and Jerod were fantastic. Highly recommended. New 2021 Chevrolet 2500HD

Mario and the other sales staff work for me to find a teacher?s discount that save me $$. Very helpful and friendly staff. It was a good experience and that saying something since I never write reviews and I rate going to dentist higher than car dealer

Seat Belt Woes

Three visits to get parts ordered. Forth visit for seat belt repair under recall. Each time I felt like was starting all over. Due to signage I was talking to Jaime when I thought it was someone else. on day of repair, I was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours. 5 hours and 15 minutes later they were looking for a truck in the lot. Wrong color, wrong phone number. When I asked how long the truck had been out there, I got " I don't know." Service Mgr.off again.

Bought a second car

Working with AJ and Jared was not only an excellent experience it was also FUN!! Second time buyers with them - would not consider going anywhere else!! Their service is excellent!!!
