My experience with my advisor Luke Kelly was a rating of a 10. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helped me work through several issues. I was having with my BMW. Also would like to acknowledge Sarah in helping me get reunited with a tow truck and get my car back to me in Sequim Washington

I just bought my third car fm BMW NW and as in the past

I just bought my third car fm BMW NW and as in the past it was a seamless easy experience. I originally texted with Jimmy.’x Client Advisor and it took some time for me to decide what to purchase. Jimmy was always very helpful, not pushy and cordial. I originally went in looking for a used X3 but decided on a 2024 X1 mM35i. I was given fair value for my trade in and there was a military discount that helped with the final price. I have been used BMW service dept for 6-7 years and they too are very good. No issue getting a loaner and always good to work with. I highly recommend BMW NW and Jimmy if you are looking for a BMW!

The so called tech wizard had no idea what she was doing.

The so called tech wizard had no idea what she was doing. When I left had to go back to get someone who knew what they were doing to solve several problems. My Connect drive was disconnected the day after I bought car. Was not even inform about this option. BMW assist is worthless. Service dept does not know how to get messages from screen, and on and on. Once they got my check, no more service. Not happy at all with service, wizard or salesperson. All smiles and no help.
