I just had my C300, service B take care of a MB of Fife/Tacoma. My service advisor always provides thorough communication, appointment duration, associated costs, suggested maintenance, etc and truly makes my experience easy. George Rockey is professional, thorough and always customer service oriented.

tolerance level: The process of buying a car too long and is an intolerant 3 hrs. Inexperienced consultants and assistance. Perks are not offered. customer had to seeks amenities such as age and records of success of business.

New car purchase
There was a very high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Check engine light came on 5 minutes after taking delivery of a new car for me and driving off the dealer lot. Very unexpected and a little disappointing.
