I was really anxious about buying a new vehicle. I knew I wanted a Bronco Sport. I inquired with a couple of dealerships and found Dwayne Lanes Skagit Ford to be the place. Sam got back to me quickly, and I scheduled the test drive. I was anxious and excited and hoping that my down payment, trade in value, and amount financed would be to my liking. When I went in to meet with Sam, the door was opened for me I told the gentleman who I was meeting and he took me to Sam?s desk. A few minutes later I met Sam and we started the process. I felt very at ease, everyone was very polite and Sam was so pleasant and easy to work with., I told him this is my down, I?d like this much for my trade and my payment cannot be a penny over this amount. And I got a fantastic deal!! And having excellent credit helped even more with 0% interest with their financier. I was thrilled! Sam answered all my questions perfectly. And we went for a test drive and I said I want this Bronco! Once back I met with the financial department and signed all the papers, got a great warranty and was back out to Sam and my Bronco was all washed and tires dressed and ready to go. I was treated very kindly, I felt at ease immediately, it was such an easy transaction I was in and out in about 3 and a half hours maybe a little less. As I drove my Explorer for 16 years the touch screen was a little tricky and so I texted Sam questions and he answered immediately. Love my Bronco and will be getting my pill changes and tire rotations up there and have it maintained there through the years. It truly was THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! 5 stars to Sam and all the people I interacted with.

Terrible customer service. Bought a brand new Transit van and they backed out of the deal that I had signed and put a deposit down because "some friend of the owner bought it the other day" Nobody has a clue about anything here. Massive waste of time
