Bought a 2010 Buick enclave from the used car department

Bought a 2010 Buick enclave from the used car department almost a year ago. Broke down twice in less than 24 hours of owning. Way over priced and for the last 5 months it's been sitting in my driveway with a stretched timing chain. Spent a total of 21 thousand for yard art. I don't recommend Kendall to anyone and will NEVER buy from a dealership ever again.

Purchased out of state, but my salesman Randy always made

Purchased out of state, but my salesman Randy always made sure I knew what was going on and exactly when it shipped out. Very easy to talk to him and the staff. Definitely not a typical dealership with only selling as a priority!! Good price too ?

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

Went shopping for a Ford F-150 STX, so we went out to

Went shopping for a Ford F-150 STX, so we went out to give them a test drive. Once getting in the STX I noticed I wasn’t quite as comfortable as I thought I would’ve been. Although the STX didn’t work, our sales person asked if we’d like to look at a few other trim levels that had a different variety of seats to them. As soon as I sat in the F-150 Tremor (I originally wasn’t even going to test drive it, I just wanted to see how the seats felt), it felt night and day different, so I asked my fiancé to give it a drive to make sure she would feel comfortable behind the wheel. After getting back from our short test drive, we decided that we loved it enough to take it home with us. Kendall Marysville Ford did a phenomenal job, staying past their closing time to not only get the paperwork finished, but to make sure the window coating and the truck in general was even more beautiful and ready to go to its new home. Kendall Ford is a wonderful dealership to pick up your new vehicle, and I would recommend them to family/friend and coworker in a heart beat.
