Excellent Experience

I was very happy with my experience at Northwest Honda. The staff were very friendly and professional and it was about as little pressure as one can experience buying a new car. In a couple years if I need a new Honda I will definitely be returning.

Professional, Thorough, Friendly Service

From negotiating the deal to the signing, Morocco was excellent. He was careful to show me all the bells and whistles of the car and how everything worked - and not having had a new car in a long time, there was much to tell. I appreciated his attention to all the details, his friendliness and his general helpfulness. Camille was also very thorough, helpful and friendly at the signing of the contract.

Great dealer! Really delivered

I have to say, I usually don't wait months for a car and color to be delivered, but Gavin and John both helped move the process along even though I had to wait for a 2016 Honda Fit in Passion Berry (probably the rarest of Fits to get). Appreciated the follow up and giving me updates along the way. They didnt' require a deposit or anything and on top of that, delivered the car to my door (over 100 miles away) since I had some things done at time of purchase. That's great service. Don't know when I'll be in the market for another car, but if you are, go to Northwest. Great experience.

Buyer beware

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Northwest Honda, before I bought the car I asked if it was up to date on service and if it had any oil leaks. I was assured that it was up to date on maintenance and there were no oil leaks. I found the car to be leaking oil, dirty fuel Filter, dirty pollen filter and needed the transmission to be serviced. I figured I was dealing with a "reputable" dealer but that wasn't the case. I brought this to their attention, they looked at the car and said nothing is wrong with it. Now that I have paid a premium on a vehicle that is "up to date on maintenance" I had to put another $1,200 into it to make it right.

Pleasant—From E-Pricing to Signing / Feb. 2016

Treated us like neighbors. And really appreciate their communication skills—so there was no waiting or wasted time. From the first contact by email to the one brief visit to the dealership, each person was prompt, clear, friendly and straightforward. Our salesman, Pete Davis, was informative and efficient, as was Sam Baylasy, who had all the paperwork ready to sign. We purchased one day before our insurance would initiate so didn't want to drive. No problem—Pete drove us home and John Vlahos kindly offered to pick us up on his way in to work the next day. Not just painless, it was a truly pleasant experience.

Very enjoyable car buying experience

It was a very enjoyable car buying experience. We knew the area so on the test drive we were able to go where we want without being told 'turn here' like most places, so that was nice. We were also able to negotiate a good price. All in all we would definitely recommend Northwest Honda!

New car purchase.

I purchased a Civic EX-T from this dealership three days ago. My overall experience was absolutely positive from sales (Peter Davis), through Manager & Financial staff & meet & greet with service dept. I have been a "Honda" owner for over two decades and am sold on the brand so just needed to find the right deal. I intended to visit four dealerships between Bellingham & Everett (I live in Lynden). I started at Northwest Honda because it's closest and went no further. I picked the make and trim package at a price I was pleased with but they didn't have the color I wanted on the lot so arranged to have one delivered the next day. I am looking forward to a positive & convenient relationship with their service dept when I'm ready for maintenance..

No pressure buying experience

I was contacted by chase a salesperson at NW Honda after posting add on Facebook looking for a vehicle. I ended up getting a great deal on 91 Honda Civic which was in my budget and exactly what I needed, I never felt pressured to buy new they worked with my budget and I'm very happy with the service I received thanks chase and the staff at NW Honda for make inch my car buying experience easy and drama free 5 stars
