Elliot took our call and happily answered final questions we had regarding the Explorer equipment and color to our satisfaction. This is the second car we have purchased through Dan Bennett at NW Honda - attentive, personable, professional. Saved us the pain of shopping from lot to lot. I was checking with every Honda dealer on I-5 from Bellevue to Bellingham. Northwest Honda has the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. I walked in and had my new car in 1 hour. John Vlahos in sales and Camille Kim as business manager were a great team and I was very satisfied. That is saying a lot since I really don't enjoy buying cars.

I took my CRV in to have the airbags replaced. Done quickly, efficiently. The battery was replaced too as it was not charging well anymore.

We have never had a bad experience at NWHonda. Their service is excellent and their salespeople and other support staff are the best! Pete was wonderful as always...he goes the extra mile. Darby and Bruce in the service department have always been the greatest help. We have purchased 4-5 Hondas here and always have our cars serviced here. We trust that we will get the best car, for the best price, and the best service.

We had narrowed our choice for vehicles down to three brands, with Honda being one. We had done our research and are not easily swayed by sales talk. Pete Davis met us at the curb, listened to our needs and requests, and treated us with personable respect. He had answers to our questions, knew his product thoroughly, and was such a pleasure to work with. Pete went the extra mile without being pushy, and we found out soon enough in our search that this was a rare quality in car sales. His professional demeanor made all of the difference in our choice. We highly recommend Pete Davis and his team!
