Dealer claimed to be reputable but was not. I contacted this dealer about coming up from California to purchase a vehicle. I worked with and spoke frequently with their salesman Drew, who sent me pictures and described in supposed detail the vehicle I had chosen. It was well priced, equipped how I wanted and looked great in the pics. I made arrangements to drive 9 hours in a rental that I would drop in Everett and was ready to go buy the vehicle. Before I picked up my rental both the day before and the morning I was leaving I spoke with Drew and asked him repeatedly if there was anything wrong with the vehicle, or any issues I should know about. I explained I didn't want to take all of this time and expense to go there only to be surprised or disappointed once I arrived because the vehicle had rust, accident damage or any other issue that would cause me to not want to buy it. I was assured it was in great condition for a car that age (2013) and mileage (62,000) and had no issues or any reason I would be disappointed. I picked up my rental and started my drive. Again about an hour in I phoned Drew and gave him one more opportunity. I told him I didn't want to get there and be upset if something wasn't as he portrayed it and I was still close enough to turn around if there was a problem. He assured me again I would be happy and satisfied and that Clyde Revord was a reputable dealer and wouldn't do that. Needless to say, I arrived and immediately upon seeing this vehicle noticed a dent in the undercarriage on the passenger side. Upon opening the passenger door it became obvious the car had been in an accident! Overspray from the repair was visible in several places, the inside of the door panel had dents and deep gauge marks on the frame portion and even the reflector in the door was cracked. I expressed my extreme dismay and anger that the salesman had straight up lied to me. He explained that nothing showed up in the carfax about any accidents and therefore it had not been in one and what I saw was not from one. As if everything is on carfax, which it is not. He tried to explain the damage as normal wear and tear, which it also clearly was not. I told him I gave him multiple chances to avoid this problem and not waste my time and money, and regardless of what was in the carfax it was OBVIOUS the vehicle had been in a wreck. It was not even a good repair job and I was angry I had been duped into coming all this way. I spoke with his sales manager who also initially tried to tell me the car was fine and then relented and agreed it had obviously been in a wreck. He apologized for what had happened and offered me a further discount on the vehicle, which I was not about to buy at any price. I left extremely unhappy, angry and disappointed. I was given the General Sales Manager's name and number and told to speak with him about possibly getting reimbursed for my hotel and rental since I came all that way on their word. He was supposedly off that day. I left him a detailed message about the whole incident and never even got a call back or an apology, much less an offer to make good on this debacle. Reputable dealership? Not even close. I would say the opposite and urge anyone to not patronize this dealer, as they straight up lied to me and then didn't even respond to the ridiculous situation they caused. Horrible sales tactics and even worse customer service. Stay away from Clyde Revord at all costs!

Feels like Family!
Truck shopping was never so easy... Jesse was great and understood that my purchase was for utility not looking fancy. Having had experience with farm life growing up he was able to answer any questions I had and reassured me on my choice of vehicle and options. Jennifer in Finance was another great member of the Clyde Revord team. She was quick knowledgeable and made paperwork fun... as someone who works in accounting I know how difficult this can be. I appreciated the atmosphere, sense of honesty and camaraderie the entire sales team provided.

Surprisingly good experience
Saul was a sweetheart. Young guy who's learning the ropes. He was guided by an obviously experienced and respectful manager who didn't let me get away with anything, but was willing to give a little. Generally a good experience on a not very comfortable process of negotiating on a car deal. Good folks.

Easy stress-free transaction
I found the perfect low mileage used truck for a price that was very fair, even a bit under the local market. The buying process was easy with little pressure and they honored the price I saw on the web a few days before, even though apparently internet prices can/do fluctuate daily. They must have seen the higher pricing elsewhere :) The trade-in offer was a little light but I wasn't really planning to do that anyway, and they did their best to meet my target.

Waste of my time.
If you're coming from out of their area don't expect these guys to hold a vehicle for you even if you have an appointment. I drove an hour and a half only for them to tell me that they just sold the vehicle. What a waste of time. They told me that they called to let me know, which they did after I checked my phone, while I was parking in their lot. Giving me a 10 minutes heads up before my appointment doesn't make it ok.

Good Deal
So far so good. Hope to close a good deal next week. The only dealer in 100 miles to stand by their price as advertised. They also show the best support of VETERANS with a decent discount.

One of the few honest dealerships out there
You find out quickly what a company is really about when you see how they respond when something goes wrong. I test drove a car, bought it as is and drove it out of the dealership. Within about 50 miles the check engine light came on. When I called the dealership and spoke to the sales manager Jeff, he without hesitation said "Don't worry, we'll take care of it. Whether you bring it to our service department or you bring it to your own mechanic, we got your back." They could have told me to "take a hike, you bought the car as is." As it turns out the CEL issue was a fluke caused by a tank of cheap gas (premium only in this particular car) I've driven the car for thousands of miles since, no CEL, and I love the car. Drew was an accommodating, awesome salesman. Also Tal played a role in my experience at Revord and is a great sales manager and person. You can't go wrong here!
