Great product. Mediocre service
I had bought an Acura from Acura of Seattle back in 2003 and had a great experience so I thought I’d give them my business again. This time it was the opposite experience. First they gave me Blue-book for my trade which had a regional value of +10K$ and they will not budge. Even though they tell you before you come in they will pay you at least +3K$ over Blue-book. Then during the purchase process they completely ignored what options I wanted for my car displaying their lack of care for their customer and only their desire to make a sale. I bought the car anyways because Acura makes a great product. I repeatedly asked the finance manager and sales associate if I needed to schedule installation service for the options I purchased. They assured me I would be called by their service department in a few days. 4 months later I finally had to call them and they had no idea that they needed to install my options. During the installation of my options I was told it would take 1.5-2hours to install. I asked to have my car washed too and they gave me the typical dealership line about how they can’t wash it because something is broken or “Covid did it” Said they haven’t washed cars since March, but when I bought my car in June they washed it before delivery.. 3.5 hours later I got my car back and the part wasn’t installed correctly. They also rubbed up against my dirty car and scratched the clear coat because they didn’t wash it. I won’t go back there ever again and it’s too bad because I was seriously considering a new Integra as a second car next year.

They are not honest
14 months after buying a used 2019 vehicle from this business, the transmission just went out. I cannot tell you how horrible this business was to purchase a car from. When we purchased the car, we had to fight to have them fix a basic necessity and based on our own mechanics review of the car, we knew this dealership lied to us. Also, because my husband was at work, I was the one who had to talk with management. The manager told me that since I wasn't present for the purchase of the car, that since I am just the wife, I dont have any say in what we needed them to do to the car and that he didn't have to talk to me as a woman and would just talk with my husband. Please NEVER buy anything from this dealership. Especially used.

Great service as usual. Call backs were timely. Rep knew his business. Appreciated the use of the loaner vehicle. Acura proactively replaced a part that was part of an extended warranty provided by Acura due to multiple issues.

Always Excellent Service
They are super efficient and professional and knowledgeable. They never tell me things I don't need for my car. The service guy Brent is very honest, quick and efficient and professional. I defitely trust these guys to take care of my car and will be back.
