Galen is an outstanding salesman!

Galen is an outstanding salesman! This is the second car we have purchased from him. He understands what we like and sends possible options. He is patient and kind working with us for months until he finds just the right car. We highly recommend him!

I rarely post negatives reviews, but other customers

I rarely post negatives reviews, but other customers should be beware of this dealership's unethical practices. The dealership attempted to have me sign over my trade-in vehicle without proper documentation regarding the terms of that trade-in, including zero information about when I would be compensated for my vehicle. When I questioned this, one of their managers grew visibly angry to the extent that I felt uncomfortable being in the room with him. They also led me to believe that I would receive an educator discount since I'm a professor. However, when I got to the dealership, their educator verification system was not working, and I spent almost two hours attempting to troubleshoot. They finally told me that I had to contact their system's technical support to see if this verification would work. This is all after I spent many hours coming to an agreement with them and after they did a hard credit pull on my credit.

I cannot recommend Kevin, Romar, Chris, and Erin at Burien Chevrolet highly enough. This was hands-down the best car buying experience of my life—and I’ve been through a few. Even with an upside-down loan situation, there was zero pressure, just friendly, honest, and professional help every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about my purchase. I bought a used vehicle, and they ensured all the service was up to date before I drove off the lot. No corners cut. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in, treated me with respect, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. Truly a night-and-day difference from every other dealership experience I’ve had. Oh—and as a cherry on top—they even hooked me up with a free roof panel storage bag for my new Wrangler. Just a thoughtful touch that shows how much they care. If you’re in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and go see these folks. You won’t regret it.
