Trade in and purchase Everything was great . Daniel and the finance guy we’re outstanding. Courteous professional friendly, all the good stuff. This is our third car from Burien Honda and we’ll be back!

We have been customers of Honda of Burien's service...

We have been customers of Honda of Burien's service department for years. We set up an appointment today with sales to come in to view a car that I was hoping to purchase. I came in to my appointment on time, only to be told that the people who set up the appointment for me were suddenly too busy to see us. Ok, fine no problem, although that was already dissatisfying because who sets up an appointment for a customer only to dismiss the customer and never even approach them to inform them of the change of scheduling. We were assisted by a nice young man, he showed us the vehicle and we took a quick test drive. We came back in to negotiate price and apply for financing. We had already gotten an offer for the vehicle through Truecar online sales, and there is also the same vehicle in black listed for 30k on the Burien website. We planned on negotiating a deal, as any sane customer does, and eventually coming to a middle ground that works for both dealer as well as myself as the customer. Does that even need to be explained? The young man who was working with us went to talk to sales manager Jose. We heard him scream out "NO THANK YOU" very loudly and rudely so that we could hear him from where we were sitting 15 feet away. Along with every other person in the dealership to hear as well. At that point, it was clear that our business was not valued nor respected. Who screams out when the young man was going to come over and talk to us anyways? Isn't the point of car sales to negotiate a fair price and come back with a different offer? All we got was a loud, disrespectful NO THANK YOU while our back was to the sales manger Jose, 15 feet away. I didn't know it was a crime to put in an initial offer then get a counter offer. Maybe that's just the way Burien treats their customers screaming at them across the room and berating them. Wow. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere as there are a multitude of other respectable dealerships that will value our dollar and sell us the vehicle we are ready to purchase at a fair price. It was honestly shocking and appalling to be treated like that, and we will definitely be spreading the word on Jose.

This was by far and above the easiest car purchase we've...

This was by far and above the easiest car purchase we've ever made. Our sales professional Josh was extremely helpful, friendly and made the whole experience completely no-pressure and fun. We were able to quickly come to terms that exceeded our expectations and the whole thing took less than 90 minutes including test drive. We love our new Honda HR-V and will be back for our our next purchase. Thanks Rairdon Honda!

Stephan was extremely helpful, attentive, friendly, and is an expert in the space. Management there was equally as friendly and could tell customers are their number 1 priority.

Personal service with a smile! Had our airbag replaced due to safety recall. Appointment was on time, work done successfully in amount of time predicted. Clean, safe waiting area. I will return to this business for future service on my Honda CRV. Thank you!

Things have changed here. I get 4 reminders of my appt...

Things have changed here. I get 4 reminders of my appt and a call telling me all that’s wrong. Then I come back to a list of immediate attention required. Granted it was raining; my car was not washed; nor was there a car wash coupon given. I’ve been coming here since the 80’s and have always had Honda Accord Coupes.; likely after this visit, I will contemplate purchasing an electric car. With the discontinuation of Accord Coupes, not sure what to choose. Just disappointed all around. Bryson was the best part; friendly and courteous. Sorry Honda, I’m disappointed in this visit as it just wasn’t what it once was. Don’t know if I’ll return to the dealership for service here in the future.

I took my Ridgeline in for an oil service and requested...

I took my Ridgeline in for an oil service and requested that a few other items be looked at, one of which was a leaky tire. The form received when picking up the vehicle indicated that a soapy spray test was done. As a former mechanic I know that this test works best if the tire pressure is raised substantially before using the soapy solution. Not only was this not done, but the vehicle was returned with the same low pressure in came in with. Also, the oil service indicator was not reset, as the indicator still shows that I have a 50% oil life remaining. I will request that these two items be redone when I return to have the ordered parts from other issues installed.
