Summary: - AVOID JT Medrano.

Summary: - AVOID JT Medrano. He's not only ripping you off; he’s genuinely malicious. - Watch out for "Misc. Charges" on your invoice. They're bogus and you can get them removed. - Don't believe anything you see in the work order. Things marked as "critical concerns" are not at all critical concerns. I called to have my car towed to Toyota of Seattle for a diagnostic test. I authorized a $195 charge over the phone. 1. Extortion After the diagnostic test results came back, JT Medrano from Toyota of Seattle threatened to charge me with a $350 car storage fee if I did not authorize $1316 of "further diagnostic tests." (This $1316 was only a part of a $6295.41 work order, and only one item for $72 in that work order was actually related to the issue with my car.) He said he wouldn't charge this fee if I did agree to authorize the further diagnostic tests. Plainly and simply, this is extortion. On top of this, JT Medrano smirked as he made this threat. 2. Unauthorized bogus 3% charge When I received the invoice for the initial diagnostic exam, the amount was more than I authorized over the phone. JT Medrano secretly added a 3% "Misc. Charges" to the bottom of the invoice. JT Medrano did not mention the charge, and the charge is not explained on the invoice itself. I understand that it is common practice for dealers to add superfluous and deceitful charges like this, but it is not acceptable when I had authorized a specific amount over the phone. As far as I can tell, JT Medrano is the only member of the staff who has been called out specifically in negative reviews, and he’s been called out multiple times.

I purchased a vehicle from them.

I purchased a vehicle from them. They unknowingly signed me up for a Sirius Radio trail. They gave Sirius all my personal information; my home address, my email and phone number. Sirius radio continues to contact me through all 3 sources. It is impossible to get off these lists. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated Toyota of Seattle did this.

2022 Toyota Cross

We just bought a 2022 Toyota Cross from Toyota of Seattle and the internet sales team was great. Raja Fouad and Cory are the ones to go to. They're very professional, friendly and very human. I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to please go to Toyota of Seattle and to connect with Raja and Cory. The overall experience was great.

Flat tire and no jack

I have a flat tire right now. Got the spare out and discovered that the car I bought in February from Seattle Toyota has no jack or any equipment at all for changing a tire. Now I’m having two wait two hours for a tow truck to help me put on the spare. Ridiculous. Not happy.

Daniel A. was so on point and kept me focused.

Been looking for a Toyota for 4 months. Went to over 5 dealerships and the feeling was not good. Walked into Toyota of Seattle and it was a breath of fresh air. Daniel A. was my Sales Person. He listened and gave me what I needed. Not really what I wanted. I wanted a 2022 New Toyota Camry. Daniel explained the shortage and offered other options. Which worked out fine. Hoping this Avalon give me as good of a feeling as the Camry. Overall, I think I like it. It feels a bit bigger than the Camry, don't like that, but its a pretty sweet vehicle. And Daniel threw in a free car charger. He heard my concern and had a solution for it....ordered me a car charger. Thanks Daniel. I would have still been looking if you did not allow me to feel comfortable. Its a feeling for me. I have to feel good when I am spending my money. If I ever have to buy another Vehicle, I will hunt Daniel down. He knows how treat his customers. Thank you!

Horrible Experience

One of the worst experiences at a dealership I've ever had. The dealer was incredibly rude. Allowed for zero negotiation. Basically shooed me out the door within 10 minutes. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other Toyota dealerships in the greater Seattle region that offer much better services!

Great Customer Service

Patrick Kinney was the person who helped me and he was awesome. Patrick knew exactly what I wanted and the car was ready when I got to the dealership. I was amazed how quick the whole process was and I was of out with the car in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend Toyota of Seattle and remember to ask for Patrick. He rocks.
