New battery

Donika helped me out when I went to get a new battery in my honda fit. I had bought it from Chris K (who is also a super rad dude) in December from their used car selection. Donika was super nice and laughed at all my stupid jokes. The price was really good (142 after installation and tax) considering buying the battery from a store without tax and installation is $151.

First Maintenance visit for Honda Fit

I pulled into the service bay at Honda of Seattle and I wasn't sure what to do next. I waited less than a minute before I was greeted by a service consultant who introduced herself as Donika Delabar. She directed me to her service desk and proceeded to get me checked in for the service visit. She reviewed the details and cost of the appointment and made sure I understood what service would be performed. Donika estimated no more than 45 minutes. I was little skeptical about the estimate but I kept quiet. Donika showed me where the customer service lounge was and told me to help myself to the complimentary coffee and the pastries . I had a coffee and found they were offering local roaster Fidalgo Coffee in their coffee machine. It was very good. I settled into the lounge. I connected to the free wi-fi and spent time on my phone and reading the book I brought along. Before I knew it Donika came out and said the car was ready. I waited exactly 45 minutes just as was estimated. I was very happy to be done so quickly as I had a busy day planned and now I had some extra time since I planned on two hours. I look forward to my next service visit!

Kyle Patterson went above and beyond!

Kyle was so helpful in breaking down all of the expected (and unexpected) costs for me when I took in my car. When my service check for my older car showed wear, he helped me decide which repairs were urgent versus moderate, patiently explaining the breakdown of each cost on the phone. As a woman who has been treated as unintelligent by car mechanics, technicians, and associates in the past, Kyle helped to dispel that concern. He gave me a clear, full report after the service to show me the results and the state of each of the elements of the 60K Service, and I feel confident preparing for my upcoming road trips!
