I recently purchased a vehicle from North Bend Chevrolet

I recently purchased a vehicle from North Bend Chevrolet to be delivered across the country on Pennsylvania. I can say it was the best dealership experience I have had. Sierra was my salesperson and she was excellent. When she was out of the office Jeff and Justin were both quick to jump in and help. I would highly recommend the team at North Bend Chevrolet.

The three men we talked to straight out lied to us, it is a theme with this dealership! Don’t buy from them! Save yourself money and time. I am a woman and they didn’t want to talk to me, kept looking at my husband. Bad customer service and they obviously didn’t want our business.

A great small town old school dealer.

Great Dealer and service. The waiting area needs some sprucing up but they are working on it.

They were able to fix several issues with my 30 year old pickup and picked me up from home when they had finished fixing my pickup.

Horrible- not to be trusted

I came in found a vehicle I liked, brought a mechanic friend of mine that indicated there was most likely a radiator issue and I requested a pressure test be done and any issue be fixed. Justin, the sales person, lied to me, said the vehicle was inspected by a third party and no issue was found. I purchased the vehicle took it to rairdons jeep dealership in kirkland directly after the purchase for inspection and oil change. Turns out the radiator needed to be replaced . Justin lied to me and refused to do the right thing this dealership and the people have absolutely no integrity and cannot be trusted. I will tell everyone not to go to this dealership ans to go to rairdons in kirkland.
