Run, Run as fast as you can don’t buy here.
My experience was not great. We went to Rairdon Jeep of Kirkland to look at a Jeep. Found one that had an MSRP $40,388 . We test drove checked it out said this is what we want the price is right. It was also red the color we wanted. We sat down to look at the paperwork and $4000 was added to the price we asked why this was the young salesman said they don’t go off MSRP even though their website advertised for $40,388. I said no he can fix the price or we’re leaving. My husband said it’s the only red Jeep in the state . We went back and forth. . We finally got the Jeep for $500 above 40,388 . Then they wouldn’t honor the $1000 bonus cash that Jeep was offering. Keep said they would happily take care of us. Don’t buy from Rairdons. Run as fast bad you can. Abdul their sales manager was very short with his attitude and just said they don’t honor the bonus cash from dodge,keep Chrysler. It’s a shame the $1000 will cost them so much more. My sister in law said she wanted to go buy a Jeep I told her to go to Renton Ali was very nice us. If it wasn’t for us wanting the red color we would have just left too. Hopefully the owners of the dealership get it together eventually they will be out of business if they keep treating people wrong way. We called and left messages to speak with the manager the on Monday left 4 messages and called back twice. No one responded to our calls until a few days later when they asked us to give them 10 star reviews. That’s not going to happen. Now they won’t stop calling but when we needed help and answers we couldn’t get any one to talk to us. They got their money n they could care less about us. They to us there losing money by giving us the car for $40,888. And there was over $10,000 of extras added on. Stuff that was already standard on the Jeep they tried to charge us for , we’re told it was not part of the deal . We brought them the sticker from the car and said it’s right here in writing I’m not paying extra for included items. I do have to say the finance manager David was very nice and helpful he did take his time and did not pressure us . It’s a shame because I will not tell anyone yo shop there and we know a few people looking for a Jeep. Do I hope that thousand dollars gives them comfort, knowing it cost them more in the long run.

Everyone there was friendly and very helpful.
Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. Though it took a while to find and fix my problem, the car seems to be behaving. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Nate, the service advisor who oversaw the service, was very attentive and listened to my concerns.

Wasted two hours for an appointment to fund out they
Wasted two hours for an appointment to fund out they couldn't do what we had discussed on the phone. They reminded me four times about my appointment but couldn't bother to tell me that they couldn't do the work until I got there.
