Hamid, Kyle, and Rodney are Superstars!

I went to the dealership with the frame of my mind that I will not settle for anything less than a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport I knew I had some hurdles to overcome, Hamid, Kyle, and Rodney are Superstars!

Did not vacuum clean the inside or wash truck like other dealers or check wiper blades had to replace drivers side. or give car wash card.

Purchased - 2008 Ford Escape Service - All scheduled and repairs (transmission) done by dealership. Very good sales experience, Service - excellent service experience

Great customer service: friendly and informative

Jose was the salesperson I worked with. He was incredible: not pushy, very informative, and he made sure to understand what I was looking for. Everyone there was very nice too! Great Car Buying Experience

We just purchased a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Ford of Kirkland. Each staff member we worked with was knowlegeable, professional and personable. Our salesman was amazing and made sure we understood everything we were signing and sat in our new car with us and showed us all the features on the trim package we purchased and even went so far as to schedule a follow-up visit to answer any questions we might have after driving the car for a week. We purchased through the Costco Auto Buying Program at the dealership and couldn't be more pleased. There was no pressure and after having "shopped around" we felt like Ford of Kirkland gave us the car we wanted at a better than expected price. The gentleman that helped with the financing and extended warranty options was also very low pressure and helpful. We would recommend Ford of Kirkland without hesitation.

Excellent customer service!

Prior to going to Hyundai of Kirkland, we test drove several other types/brands of cars at other dealerships where we received less than good experience. The reason we finally ended up buying our car at Hyundai of Kirkland is that we found the right car that we're happy with, and most importantly the staff were friendly, pleasant, honest, easy to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to David K who patiently spent generous time to answer all our questions and offered more detailed information, and Brian A who went out of his way to help us get a good financing. Both of them made the whole buying process a breeze, left no room for doubts and made us feel comfortable; hence, the most pleasant experience. Their excellent customer service will not be forgotten.
