Honda Accord EX Hybrid
Our 2002 Honda's transmission failed as we arrived in Ashland. Brandon Berg was extremely helpful in expediting our new purchase and furnishing us with a loner car as the new car was being serviced. He defused what could have been an overpowering stressful situation.
