I recently purchased used GMC Sierra Denali EV Edition
I recently purchased used GMC Sierra Denali EV Edition One from Sport. Thaiz was very friendly and helpful and worked with me on price to compete with another dealerships pricing on a similar truck. They have a strong knowledge of EVs which isn't always the case and have followed up to make sure I am satisfied. There were a few small things missed when they did their CPO check out (dead fog light), but I should be able to get it repaired under warranty at a Service Center closer to me.

Buyer Beware.
Buyer Beware.... Worst Car Buying Experience Ever On Friday 9/12 I received an alert that this dealer had a 2014 Suburban for sale with very low mileage. I contacted the dealer right away and expressed my desire to own this vehicle as I've been looking for this particular year make and model with low mileage. I got a text from Eric in used car sales and followed up with a phone call. He hadn't seen this vehicle on his list yet but was kind enough to walk out and find it and sent me pictures on his cell phone, at which time I asked, do they have a number in mind for the suburban? I was then told that someone in upper management was interested in the vehicle, and he was waiting to hear if the vehicle was going to be sold retail. I called and texted twice a day to see if any decision had been made to sell of not... this went on for over a week... each time I was told each time that I was the very first to call about the vehicle and that I would have first right to refuse it, if and when it became available. On Thursday 9/12 I get a phone call from Eric the salesman's that I had been working with that the vehicle was available to purchase, and he needed a photocopy of my driver's license front and back to begin the sales process, which I sent Immediately... I called and informed him that I would be heading down to see the vehicle (1.5 Hours away) in person and leave a deposit check until they finalized the numbers so I could return with a bank certified check and pick up the vehicle tomorrow... I leave my office, get on I-95 South bound....get 20 minutes in my drive and get a phone call from Eric telling me "Not Come"!!! now mind you I have already spent a lot of time trying to finalize this deal... sitting on the side of 95 waiting to get an explanation...and he tells me to call the General Manager Kyle Bacon.... After several attempts I finally get through to him looking for so sort of explanation....I tell him my entire saga with waiting for this vehicle... telling him that I was informed that I was the first to contact the dealership, the first right of refusal, and literally on my way to close the deal on the suburban as we speak only to be told that another salesperson apparently sold the vehicle in the interim... needless to say I was quite upset about his answer after being told for a week that I had first right to refuse, which I did NOT! and was in route to purchase it. Now I had to drive another 15 miles South just to turn back around so 30 miles in total... I would Highly recommend that You Do NOT trust anything this dealership tells you over the phone or in text message as it is a total lie and a waste of your time... just to prove a point, it was originally listed one line at Edmunds, Auto-trader and the dealer's website for $28,000 dollars and when they sent me the numbers today 9/18 which I have all documented in writing the price went up to $30,849.00 This dealership and their Sales Ethics, or Lack thereof are the epitome of "Used Car Salesman"

I was shopping for an EV.
I was shopping for an EV. Unlike most salespeople I've encountered, Esmeralda was extremely knowledgeable about the EVs on their lot. She answered all my questions, and provided information I didn't know I needed! On top of all that, she got me an excellent deal.

I had a great experience at Sport Chevrolet when I purchased my Equinox. JR was extremely helpful and followed through every step with me. Everyone I dealt with that day, including Mr Fogarty and the finance manager made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealer.

My 2017 Silverado is misfiring constantly while driving
My 2017 Silverado is misfiring constantly while driving and it’s been going on for a long time. When I use my scanner to check it, I get a P0300 code indicating misfires. I did some research and learned that my specific vehicle has issues with the fuel injectors to the point where GM issued a “Special Coverage Adjustment N182198000” describing how to check the injectors, and to replace them if bad. Replacing them requires the fuel manifold to be removed. I brought my vehicle in for a Tuesday morning appointment 2 months ago and specifically asked that they do this check, since my truck was exhibiting all the symptoms described in the bulletin. I even brought a printed copy of the GM bulletin and left it with them. I kept calling and they kept telling me they had not had a chance to get to it yet. Finally on Thursday afternoon they told me that I needed a fuel pump for $1500. Replacing the fuel pump requires removing the manifold also. I asked them if they ran the check on the fuel injectors and they told me the mechanic refused to run that test because I needed a fuel pump. So – if I pay $1500 to replace the fuel pump, they might also replace bad injectors while they’re in there. But if I don’t pay the $1500, they refuse to run the diagnostic for the injectors in accordance with the GM notification. Hmmm… Needless to say, I paid the $200 diagnostic fee and picked up the truck. By the way, my scanner shows no codes associated with the fuel pump, and the truck is still misfiring. I guess I need to find a dealership that will run the diagnostic test that GM recommends. I’m pretty disappointed.

My experience at Sport Chevrolet in Silver Spring, MD was
My experience at Sport Chevrolet in Silver Spring, MD was very positive. Jairo “J.R.” Ramirez was great to work with and was very informative and patient. I did not feel rushed or pressured; instead I felt respected throughout the process. I have always wanted a Cadillac, and now I am excited to have one. J.R. Was readily available and he handled all the details so that everything went smoothly and timely. I certainly recommend J.R. and his team at Silver Spring Sport Chevrolet. Ms Sharon

I was very uncomfortable with this visit--felt like I was
I was very uncomfortable with this visit--felt like I was being taken for granted. It appears that the service and personnel attitudes have deteriorated over the years. My requests, related to a previous service, were not honored. I pointed out that my brakes were squeeky and the oil life reading was incorrect--if, indeed, they had changed the engine oil. In addition, I had to request an service/service reminder sticker for my windshield--standard stuff! Lots of distraction and money and time wasting. I don't care for it one bit!
