This team set me up with a great Cadillac after I worked
This team set me up with a great Cadillac after I worked with two other dealers in the area. I bought the car at opm closing on a Friday night, they held the store open and got me in and out in 40 min start to finish. I worked with Thaiz Montilla. Don't hesitate just tell her what you need.

Took my 2016 Volt in for a problem I was having.
Took my 2016 Volt in for a problem I was having. They said it needed a new transmission and quoted me over $15,000, more than the car is worth. I found a local shop willing to put in a used transmission. When they looked at it, they discovered 2 lines were leaking, which caused the transmission fluid to be low. They replaced the lines and did a complete flush. The car now drives like new and only cost me $1200. Apparently, Sport only pulled the codes and never really looked at the car.

Car dealers are in business to sell cars, at a profit for
Car dealers are in business to sell cars, at a profit for them so they can stay in business. I have no problem with that. I object to dealers where the salesman clearly is lying and trying to rip off the customer with useless, high cost profitable to them add on features. Salesmen should at least give the impression (though of course in reality is not the case) that they are working in the best interest of the customer. Keeps us coming back. That is the reason I came back to Sport Chevrolet for a second time to replace a heavy duty truck I no longer needed. The salesman and then sales manager that worked with me were straight forward and really did work hard and showed me they were working in my best interest. They didn't give the truck away and I know they were still working to make a profit but I was very happy with the process and the deal. I'm glad I came back to them even though is an hour drive from home, not so convenient. I heartily recommend.

We recently purchased a new Chevy Equinox EV from Sport
We recently purchased a new Chevy Equinox EV from Sport Chevrolet, and it was an excellent experience. Sport was actually the fifth dealership we visited, since most others didn’t have the trim we wanted without unnecessary add-on packages. Two dealerships closer to our home also fell short on customer service, so we drove to Silver Spring in search of better options. We found both the right car and great service at Sport. Esmeralda was outstanding throughout the process, working with my husband the day before. The next evening, Essie, Gus, and the team even stayed past closing to help us complete the purchase before the tax credit expired. Truly above and beyond! I would recommend Sport in a heartbeat, and the next time we are looking to purchase a car, we’re going back to Sport!

I would like to be polite and just say that we agreed on
I would like to be polite and just say that we agreed on the total price from a generated chevrolet.com pdf document, including my trade-in car, qualified Chevy rebates and fed tax credits before me coming to the dealership. The $6.2k kbb AND the $4.2k Carvana trade-in value prices for my car were not even close to be honored. The dealership offer was a laughable $800. When decided to buy w/o trade-in , their price jumped $2k more than the originally agreed newCar+kbbCarValue . They decided to no longer sell me the car since me questioning they basic math skill was considered disrestpectful. I came prepared to buy the EV but left with bitter taste. There is a say:'if you don't want my money, someone else will". I doubt the owner of the dealership knows how sensitive the other managers were and not trying it to make it right, to fix the math... just for the record.

I recently purchased used GMC Sierra Denali EV Edition
I recently purchased used GMC Sierra Denali EV Edition One from Sport. Thaiz was very friendly and helpful and worked with me on price to compete with another dealerships pricing on a similar truck. They have a strong knowledge of EVs which isn't always the case and have followed up to make sure I am satisfied. There were a few small things missed when they did their CPO check out (dead fog light), but I should be able to get it repaired under warranty at a Service Center closer to me.

Buyer Beware.
Buyer Beware.... Worst Car Buying Experience Ever On Friday 9/12 I received an alert that this dealer had a 2014 Suburban for sale with very low mileage. I contacted the dealer right away and expressed my desire to own this vehicle as I've been looking for this particular year make and model with low mileage. I got a text from Eric in used car sales and followed up with a phone call. He hadn't seen this vehicle on his list yet but was kind enough to walk out and find it and sent me pictures on his cell phone, at which time I asked, do they have a number in mind for the suburban? I was then told that someone in upper management was interested in the vehicle, and he was waiting to hear if the vehicle was going to be sold retail. I called and texted twice a day to see if any decision had been made to sell of not... this went on for over a week... each time I was told each time that I was the very first to call about the vehicle and that I would have first right to refuse it, if and when it became available. On Thursday 9/12 I get a phone call from Eric the salesman's that I had been working with that the vehicle was available to purchase, and he needed a photocopy of my driver's license front and back to begin the sales process, which I sent Immediately... I called and informed him that I would be heading down to see the vehicle (1.5 Hours away) in person and leave a deposit check until they finalized the numbers so I could return with a bank certified check and pick up the vehicle tomorrow... I leave my office, get on I-95 South bound....get 20 minutes in my drive and get a phone call from Eric telling me "Not Come"!!! now mind you I have already spent a lot of time trying to finalize this deal... sitting on the side of 95 waiting to get an explanation...and he tells me to call the General Manager Kyle Bacon.... After several attempts I finally get through to him looking for so sort of explanation....I tell him my entire saga with waiting for this vehicle... telling him that I was informed that I was the first to contact the dealership, the first right of refusal, and literally on my way to close the deal on the suburban as we speak only to be told that another salesperson apparently sold the vehicle in the interim... needless to say I was quite upset about his answer after being told for a week that I had first right to refuse, which I did NOT! and was in route to purchase it. Now I had to drive another 15 miles South just to turn back around so 30 miles in total... I would Highly recommend that You Do NOT trust anything this dealership tells you over the phone or in text message as it is a total lie and a waste of your time... just to prove a point, it was originally listed one line at Edmunds, Auto-trader and the dealer's website for $28,000 dollars and when they sent me the numbers today 9/18 which I have all documented in writing the price went up to $30,849.00 This dealership and their Sales Ethics, or Lack thereof are the epitome of "Used Car Salesman"

I was shopping for an EV.
I was shopping for an EV. Unlike most salespeople I've encountered, Esmeralda was extremely knowledgeable about the EVs on their lot. She answered all my questions, and provided information I didn't know I needed! On top of all that, she got me an excellent deal.
