Terrible service and overcharged
I was given a quote on a very easy job for just over 400 to only change my thermostats on about 1-1.5 hrs. but i then found out that they also relfashed me computer as well as over charged me over 2 hours and reflashed my tune which in turn ran me another 500 would not recommend there services

Careful buying updated TDIs from this dealership
I bought a 2012 VW Jetta Tdi sportwagen after reading several reviews on line about what a great deal they are now that they are fixed, HA! My stalled out 6 times while trying to accelerate in 3 months. I found out that Power VW has very poor service reviews and after researching and filing a formal complaint with VW of America I took my Jetta to Lithia VW of Salem. The car runs better and it only stalls now when given full throttle, but that is scary as you are out on the main highway and expecting to accelerate and pass someone and it doesn't happen well. I'D BE REAL CAREFUL ABOUT BUYING ONE OF THE FIXED VW TDIs.

Great service, very friendly
I went in yesterday just to check out a vehicle and ended up purchasing it. The team at Power went above and beyond to make this deal work for me and even worked with me to figure out the financing and logistics to take my hand controls out of my old car and into the new one. They really worked with me to get it so my payments were right where I needed them. They're awesome!

It went smoothly and quickly. Our salesperson responded very immediately when we needed answers. All personnel were very friendly and easy to work with. It was good to have a vehicle physically at the car lot rather than viewing it online. We feel like we got a good deal.
