Our car was dropped off for service. It started out being a brake issue they kept raising the price then we just said we will come pick up the car then a fellow claiming to be the general manager lied and said that they had done $9200 worth of work to the car and he wouldn’t release it unless we paid 9200. We asked if we could have a third-party come verify they even did the work. On another phone call we were transferred to service. They told us no work had been done to the car yet. Then they transferred us to parts and the parts department told us no work had been done on the car yet and the parts were still sitting on the shelf. We received a notice of saying they were trying to sell our car at auction. This place is crooked, crooked crooked. It’s the kind of place that gives car dealerships. A bad name I would say beware of this place. I wish I had looked at their reviews before .

2017 Range Rover Evoke has a windshield leak.
2017 Range Rover Evoke has a windshield leak. Dealership wants over $1700 to replace the windshield and fix the leak… REALLY?? I have a friend. Same car, same year SAME ISSUE! She got hers fixed by the dealership she bought her car from no issue. ME, Land Rover Portland NOT THE CASE… I will NEVER purchase another car from them. I have told everyone I come across the story and they are appalled.

Purchased a Range Rover Sport. The best possible experience in my entire car purchase life. Worked with one person (Sal) through the whole process. No pressure, clear presentation, professional, likeable respectful guy. I first came in for a test drive of two cars. After two weeks testing other makes I felt this brand offered a better value for the money. Brought my wife in to make the final decision and she agreed a great experience and loved the car. I want to add (Sal) took an hour in clearly explaining all the car functions before driving off. Steve/Tiffany

Terrible experience with the sales person “Sal.” Stay far away unless you want to get lied to and manipulated. So disappointed. I would pay extra to ship something in if you are interested in Land Rover vehicles.

Absolutely terrible service at this dealership. If you don’t purchase your vehicle at PDX RR, you will be treated very poorly. Look at their reviews as so many people give them 1*. I own two RR and get 1* service every time. Word to the wise, if you want a Range Rover, drive to Seattle or Bellevue RR like I and many other Oregonians did. You will get amazing service.

Not a fan of this dealership and their service policies....
Not a fan of this dealership and their service policies. Only option for warranty work in Oregon. They don’t offer you a loaner unless you bought the vehicle there. GM does not pick up his line as I was advised by service team. Sounds like they know they have a monopoly. 1 month out for a check engine light. Not pleased to not have another option other than Seattle.

Windshield Calibration
I had my windshield replaced by a local glass company and I was told that I needed to have the windshield calibrated. I made the appointment with Land Rover Portland to have it done. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was asked "Did you just have this windshield replaced? Because there is a small crack." My response was "That's what I said when I called to make the appointment. Do people have their windshields calibrated for any other reason?" I can not believe that they did not think to stop and call me or look at notes when they saw the crack. So now I paid for a calibration that was pointless because I will need to have it done a 2nd time after the repair/replacement. Fantastic! This is the only dealership within hundreds of miles so not sure how much this review matters. No one would give me the service manager's contact info so, this was all I could do. I will be sure to start looking to see who else can service Range Rovers. *The reason for two stars, is because the sales department is excellent!
