I was pressured to buy, told I would be receiving one warranty then when signing found out the salesman was wrong, after 3 hours and on the final dotted line. After driving off the lot, the car has had multiple problems- all of which they have tried to charge me to fix. When I have brought in my car for maintenance their service department has returned the car to me with new problems each time. I’m very disappointed with my overall experience. This was my first time going with a car dealership since I was tired of getting unreliable cars off craigslist and I thought working with the Toyota of Portland dealership woud guarantee a level of transparency and support. It has been awful! Each step of the way. Don’t buy with them-

We had an issue that another service company repeatedly could not resolve. In desperation made an appointment with Toyota. From booking my appointment to our wonderful service advisor Andrew Blaine everything went smoothly. The service technician found OTHER issues that needed to be addressed and I had just had my car serviced elsewhere. Very impressed with the complimentary Uber rides. Great experience. Will only use Toyota in the future.

Thai Nguyen the saleman was wonderful. He had all the cars and options available before we arrived. Selection was a breeze. The transaction with David the manager was also great. We closed on the deal with great interest rate.

Stefan is a very helpful knowledgeable guy. Car shopping has never been something I have liked to do in the past but he made extremely east.

I had to argue to get them to check a bad wheel bearing. I knew was bad. they insisted was not until they actually checked it and then agreed. Also, sun roof repair was on the list and was completely ignored. Not worth the hassle

I've leased 3 cars at Toyota of Portland (Broadway). Each time was a good experience with people who really cared to help me find what I wanted. Hansel was our Sales Consultant with the help of Latif the sales manager and Mo was the finance manager. Great guys who didn't make me feel pressured. They are honest and friendly.

Worked with Ian at the service counter and he was awesome. Ian has great customer service and understands that he has a capable team backing him up.
